We have been very happy and loyal customers since they have opened- but today I have to change my review unfortunately. We ordered on the app yesterday and decided to ride over on our scooters to pick it up. When we arrived for our “scheduled” pick up time, the order was not even started and most of the food was gone. We are very patient people and had no problem waiting for them to prepare it , especially seeing that we were the only people in there. I mean they were even cleaning everything up already. So while we waited, without any apology and obvious signs that they were upset we even showed up. We noticed that the guac was spoiled . So we kindly asked that they not add it to either entree, and we even told them we didn’t mind that it cost extra and did not expect a refund at that point . They offered us free chips and we kindly accepted and finally thought they would be sympathetic and helpful . Then the young lady said “there’s no sour cream, sorry”. I was very shocked at the tone and just blatant disregard of customer service, especially since we paid for extra. We just asked if they can cancel the order all together to avoid the uncomfortable feeling of burdening them by assisting us. The young lady then said ,”ok if we put the sour cream, would you want it “? I was baffled at the immaturity of the comment and her unconsciously admitting to lying about the sour cream in the first place . It was honestly just unsettling and embarrassing. But even then, we kindly asked for some assistance in how we can process a refund and they told us they couldn’t give us a refund. Read moreI went there on Saturday and I was disappointed with this location, I would much rather the one closer to 13th street. I got inside and I was greeted with " I am finishing up an online order" like what happened to "hello"?! I seen that both white rice bins were practically empty, the employees looked distracted in conversation and they were loud and using profanity...makes the establishment look trashy and not family suitable. I told them I wanted a white rice bowl, he literally scraped up the last drops out of one bin, then waited until the other bin was done to give little scoop of it into my bowl...I asked for more and the look on his face made me think it was coming out of his check!! I then asked for black beans, same thing very little, no sauce bc he didn't stir it...it looked watery on the top of it, the steak was scraped out of the bin also which wasn't a full portion ..if the restaurant was still serving people why not have the food ready for the customers? By now they should know their business flow! I got home and was HIGHLY dissatisfied with the food bc the rice that he gave me was uncooked, full of grains, the beans had no sauce and I had to keep sipping on my drink or I would've choked!! People need to learn good customer service skills there!! I rather drive further out for better service bc this...
Read moreWorst restaurant ever. Place an order for takeout for as soon as possible. Ask for my order told that they're bagging it up now. I wait a few minutes ask another employee for my order told they're making it now. It is now been 15 minutes and I asked for my order and I'm told it that's on the screen. Meanwhile the three employees who are supposed to be doing the takeout orders are sweeping, refilling the food and wiping the work area. She states that they'll make the order once their done cleaning and that it's not due for another 10 minutes. So I asked are they going to wait till then to make my order she said no but they didn't start till a minute before my order was going to be late due to being made. The sad part an employee clocked out got in the line there and got her food paid for it and left before I got my order. It was faster to stand in line and get an order than have them make it a takeout order. Waited for over 20 minutes for my order. If I wanted to wait 20 minutes for my order I would have waited in line not ordered takeout. To be told by the girl that is manager that that's Chipotle's policy to wait for an order and clean. That don't I want it to be clean. No I want my order. Not to be told it's being bagged, it's being made, it's on the screen and then it'll be done after they clean...
