I have been coming to this Dunkin location for close to six months or so. The coffee was great. There was usually a decent line inside and in the drive thru; I’m pretty sure it wasn’t the speed of the workers, but because this location was so highly trafficked at the time. Grace often worked in the mornings and she, as well as the rest of the staff, really showed care for the customer and the product served.
Well, management changed about two weeks ago and brought in mostly new workers. The new management is rude, unprofessional, and also vastly uneducated about their product; this attitude unfortunately also trickles down to the rest of the staff, who I sense also feel the same about their managers. The drinks (especially the coffees) now leave much to be desired. I recently ordered a medium iced latte that was more akin to flavored milk that was placed in a cup with a sprinkling of espresso.
I hate that this location has gone down so quickly. I really loved it here. I mean, the line is much shorter (and I’m sure revenue will be too). It’s also easier to get a table. And it’s cleaner because not many people are there. But if you want good coffee, do yourself a favor and explore other Dunkin options. Maybe even check out a Starbucks! They mess up the order every single time I go. I happened to go twice this past week and both times were bad. I know fool me once so on and so forth...
The first time, I went in ordered a few items and then saw the refrigerator and decided I also wanted an apple juice. The cashier was so rude and said she couldn't add it to the order as I had already paid, I said that's okay... Mind you, it's empty inside, everyone went to the drive thru. I tell her it's okay and she rolls her eyes and rings me up again.
A few days later, I went with some friends and this time they were slammed in the inside and the drive thru. They messed up all our orders, items were prepared incorrectly, items were missing, but worse of all, the customer service was terrible.
Apologize for your mistake and fix it, remake the coffee, or the wrap, give us the missing item and that's it. Getting an attitude is ridiculous, you were the one that messed up, I'm the one that waited, and I'm the one that can go to a different location.

I don’t know if they changed management or what have you but it is absolutely incredible now and my go-to location. This new staff is absolutely amazing, friendly and efficient. The food is always on point and they actually cook it exactly the way I ask for it every single time which never was the case before, I actually had to drive to longer distance locations Because I just got tired of it always being incorrect and the staff was just kind of a mess but anyways the moral of the story is this place is now run like a well oiled machine.
