The unmatched quality of the food, combined with an atmosphere that radiates warmth and hospitality, makes it an unparalleled dining destination.
The menu is a testament to culinary excellence, offering an array of dishes that are as delightful to the palate as they are to the eye. Having explored nearly every corner of the menu, I can confidently say that each dish is prepared with an attention to detail that is nothing short of remarkable. Read moreTERRIBLE SERVICE…Yaoni or Jaoni(or something similar) YOU ARE A TERRIBLE MANAGER. I have to say that by far this has been the worst experience I have ever had in a so called restaurant...!and I eat out a lot. This past Saturday November 16th 2019 at around 9pm.!We were a party of 5 , that includes my two kids..my time out with them needs to be extra special since everyone is so busy these days and getting together is what I look forward the most..I will skip the beginning of the nightmare and jump to the food. 3 of us decided to order the churrasco. My daughter asked for hers “well done” she even said “quemadito”. They comes out and hers is totally red, no big dial they take it back. It comes out again in 2 minutes but this time is dripping blood. By now she is already at the point of not wanting to eat..The waiter asked her to pick up something else from the menu and that it was going to be free. She asked for another type of steak and asked to put it in a bag for her since her stomach was not happy with all that blood she had seen. The manager passed by and said “we got it wrong once, we got it wrong twice but the third tome will be right” he laughs and leaves.. The bill gets to the table, I was honestly not expecting to see the charge for her steak but oh well there it was. At this point everyone is already pissed about the fact that she had to watch everyone else eat while she waited for them to get a freaking steak cooked well. The manager returns to the table and said just like this “ we don’t give out free food”. Ok this is not a money issue as 20 dollars really didn’t make a difference on that huge bill... this was a matter of principle. You ruin someone’s night and on top of that you need to make that degrading comment. Yaoni or Jaoni you are a terrible manager. You really make Finka look bad. You lost 5 loyal customers and something worse you destroyed my special night with my kids... something I will never get back. Not happy...never returning to Finka again. Before posting this I tried to contact restaurant owner Eileen Andrade but not even a call back. Not recommending this restaurant as they don’t know how to make and maintain a loyal customer. Thanks...
Read moreI come here quite a few times during the year, have celebrated birthdays here, so I Arrived around 3:30 pm in which I approached the hostess stand, the two hostesses standing there never greeted me, just stood there staring at me. Awkward. Then once I was put on a waitlist, I went to the bar to grab a drink since there really isn’t anywhere to sit to wait. My 4 year old was with me which I’m well aware that kids can’t sit at the bar, but the bartender seemed okay with it since we were grabbing it to go, I noticed the owner passed by and had an immediate face as if she was upset, I figured it was bc of my son, so I put him to sit away from the bar, so my problem was that the owner , instead of kindly approaching us to let us know, she goes behind the wall to tell another bartender to tell my son that he couldn’t be by the bar. As an owner, I feel like she could’ve handled the situation in a more professional manner. She walks around with this stank face in misery and the employees follow. Her attitude sets the tone for the restaurant and you can tell the employees are unhappy there. On top of this, the hostess then texts that our table is ready , then made us wait again bc it wasn’t ready. Again, horrible attitude, especially the blonde chunkier one. The food was okay this time, croquettes were over cooked, my vaca frita tostones were terrible, the meat seemed reheated, and the actual rosy ones were cut in half, so as I grabbed the tostones, everything would tumble off bc there wasn’t anything to hold them up. The only thing I can say is that the bartender and the server were excellent and we tipped them 40 percent bc they deserved it. I hope the owner appreciates the good employees she has there and changes her poor attitude. Restaurants with this attitude...
