First time going. I'm a huge foodie so I enjoy trying local restaurants. It was very quiet going in, but the staff were very polite and helpful. Unfortunately at the time they didn't not have single sliced pizzas so my 7 yo had to settle with lasagna. She enjoyed it was able to take leftovers. My boyfriend chose the meatball sub and he really enjoyed the amount of cheese they add on to it. I ordered the chicken parm sub and it was ok. It lacked seasoning and the chicken was a bit tough to chew. I loved the outer layer of the bread. It was very crunchy which I like. And we got 3 fountain drinks to go with them. The price was a little too much for the quality, but it was good. Hopefully, I get to try their cold subs next.

I got the chicken cutlet sub which is actually pretty good but they only put four little slices of mozzarella on there and the chicken cutlets weren't fried and 5 little pieces. Definitely unsatisfied when I go to New York or Detroit we get a cutlet sandwich which Full of mozzarella and deep fried chicken cutlets these were just strips Very disappointed. Won't let me post a picture but it was very disappointing. I'f you go to my fb page A D Bishop see pics. Love Frankie's they do a great job but they dropped the ball on this one if I wanted a salad with bread I would have ordered it.

Excellent customer service, pleasant and service oriented staff. I asked a couple of questions since a few things seem interesting in the menu and they recommended to get a Parme sausage and pepper sub. Let me tell you! It was outstanding! Great flavors just like the Nonna used to make, and the bread... Many places underestimate the importance of a good bread but this place is not one of those. I didn't ask, but it was just like if it just came out of the oven, warm with a perfect crust and texture that does not ge saggy as you eat it. It was beyond perfection! Thank you guys

My husband and I do a LOT of traveling all over the US. We are foodies and love to try different restaurants. WE love all kinds of cuisines and are not strangers to authentic NY style pizza.

While visiting the area, my sister and I stopped in for a couple of slices on a Saturday. at $3.50 per slice, it was just enough as the slices are large. I enjoyed it enough to stop back today with my husband.

First of all - be aware that I did some research, and this is the most expensive pizza in the area by a factor of @15%. Naples/Marco Island is already VERY expensive, and it is tough to get a meal anywhere for under $50-$75 for two. I'm referring to a decent plated meal in a restaurant. But this is a pizza place...

We walked in at @430pm. The store was scheduled to close at 7pm. We were the only customers in the store. That said, late in the day, there are no slices to be had, so you are forced to order a whole pie. Their plain pies - with cheese, and cheese/Pepperoni - start at $15, with added toppings at $1.50 each, and they only offer two sizes...medium and large.

My husband always orders a white pizza, which is a large only at $22. We asked if they could do a smaller one, but was told no. We had already stopped at 2 other places that had long waits, so he decided to go for it.

So we ended up - for two people mind you - with a large and a medium pizza....wayyyyy to much for us...for $52 and change. Really! two pizzas for $52.00. Yes, I realize we chose to do that, but really, would it be too hard to offer slices all day, or offer a small pizza?

As we waited....and waited...We waited for a little over 30 minutes for our pizza. We all know that a good pizza over will cook a pie in under 10 minutes. What was going on in there?

While we waited, we counted 6 other customers. One waiting for their order, some picking up a called- in order, and some ordering from the ready made menu. We walked around and looked at the "grocery" items, and the items in the reach-in cooler up front.

I've owned a restaurant, and seeing all this pre-purchased food I realized that most of their menu used pre-prepared or frozen. The pizza dough, the pre-shredded cheese, etc. NO actual cooking is being done here. They are just putting it together and heating it up. This is part of the reason why their prices are so high.

One reason for their higher prices could be they don't seem to have much trade. Their location is kinda hidden from the road. meaning they are possibly not doing well enough to pay their rent without adding to their food prices.

When paying for the food, the cashier told us there is a difference in the cash/credit card price, and there is a higher rate for credit. They are passing along the fee they pay for credit sales- another tell-tale sign of a failing business.

Finally, we were underwhelmed with the pizza. Wayyyy too much cheese for "authentic" NY style. It had good flavor but we couldn't eat more than 2 slices - it was just too heavy. We ended up with $40 worth of pizza that we can't eat.

We were left with a very disappointing impresssion of Frankies for many reasons. Their pricing is significantly higher than their competitors, they punish the client with extra fees for cards, it takes a long time to get a pizza, they don't offer small portions, and they are inflexible when it comes to accommodating customer requests.

I do not recommend this restaurant unless you don't mind paying for...

Found this lil gem by accident and have never been happier!!!! The basic pepperoni I ordered for pickup , once inside I was amazed at what I saw !!! Like I walked into lil Italy !! From the chatter of the tables of regulars to the glass cases of pasta salads , lasagna, parmigianas & homemade chicken salad… yummm , but oh noooo the best part the deserts classic tiramisu to a traditional almond white tiramisu ,which I chose and fell in love with !! But the star has to be the limoncello pie :) layers of deliciousness!! Todays the white pizza & lemonchello pies for me . They are busy very busy every time I’m there , I know why and now I’m a regular tooo! Thanks to the lovely family for opening your restaurant and making your authentic family’s recipes for me...

Do not miss this place if you haven't been here yet! If you're looking for a delicious hoagie with fresh meat and a real Italian roll this is the place to come. That is one thing you can not find down here in Bonita Springs/Naples area is a good roll for hoagies. Frankie's has one! The size of the sandwiches are large so you can share one and still be full. Inside the shop you will find a cute area to sit at a bar seat or tables as well. You can also shop for Italian pastas, bagged cookies or canned sauces. That is the only thing I think they should work on, the prices for those items are high. They even offer homemade dishes in their case but we haven't tried them. Frankie's is our location to head to for a...
