Hunan Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Florida

I have been ordering from this Chinese restaurant since I movies down here in August always delivery and always the same 2 combination dinners as their Chinese food is excellent. Tonight I call to make my usual order and I get told “umm we can’t deliver to your address unless you spend $30 or more” I respond what really why is that? I've never been told that before and I've ordered here a few times now. His response to me was uhh yea uhh well I don't know why but my boss tells us to do that if it's longer then so much distance away. I was SO ANNOYED as I have NEVER been told this before. Be more consistent with what you do with your customers. It's too bad cuz I really enjoy their food. But that's not how you treat a customer. I'd understand if it was this was from the beginning but not all of a sudden to say there is a certain amount you have to spend in order for us to deliver. Oh and for reference in distance. They are a little over 4 miles from my house so...

After an exhausting day in Naples on the way back home before a long journey we stopped for something to eat. We arrived there at 8:50 PM, waited 10 minutes until someone would notice 3 people standing waiting for a table. There were few people inside enjoying their meals. Eventually the lady asked if we would like to eat in or take out. When we asked for a table, her face changed and she got angry, said it's too late to dine in, they will not have enough time to prepare the meals (while still taking orders on the phone)

I understand if we would arrive 5 min before closing, not 50 !
