Went to pick up my order and it wasn't ready. Come to find out they gave my food to somebody else. I literally saw my pizza come out of the oven and watch them hand it to somebody else. They asked why didn't I say something? I don't work here was my response. They Said they would remake my pizza. I said that's fine, but what about my pickle fries? The kid behind the counter says I told you I'll remake those as well. I said no you didn't, You told me you would remake the pizza. Then they had no more pickle fries to make. So I asked if they could give me a small order of wings for the pickle fries. They would not substitute the wings for the fries because of the price difference. I said do you want the $6? Is that going to make break you? Or do you want to give me 6 wings?They said no can not substitute. The manager Josh kept saying something about the price difference. Aparently my time had no value to him. I was willing to pay more to get the wings, or try to explain simple math to him that 8 divided by 14 would be around 60% so six wings would be the same. So I asked for a refund. As I'm walking out the door, I hear the manager Josh yelling at the employees. This place has gone downhill since Allie left. Been coming here since they opened over 15 years ago, noticed it going downhill over the past year or so. Made a complaint haven't heard...

I stood at the counter waiting for at least 10 minutes and the two guys working were too busy putting stuff away, listening to music, and on their phones. The funny thing is that I was the only one in there, so it’s not like they were overwhelmed one hour before close. I made eye contact multiple times and they shrugged away as if I’m an inconvenience. This now my second time coming in where not a single word was said to me when I walked in, only this time was much worse. I’ve been a regular customer for just about two years and order multiple times a month mainly for my son. I will not buy from here again. To feel as if you are an inconvenience as a customer is new to me as someone who runs a business in the tri-state area where we pride ourselves on customer experience.

Read moreIn previous years, pizza primos use to be the go to place for pizza and I’d love the wings, but now it’s not same they keep messing up my wing order I asked for sloppy and spicy and they gave me DRY as* chicken and little no sauce and the fact that I have to ask for it, which was still not enough, I called them and the owner was giving me attitude, she needs to listen to feedback, also the worker at front with her phone is very disrespectful and more there, I should’ve learned my lesson to not order from this place, but i wanted to give it another chance, I ordered chicken wings and I thought they listened to my feedback but when I saw the chicken wings cover extra in sauce, some parts of the chicken was RAW!!!! Horrible service I’ll stick to Marcos pizza but not this place don’t go here. I pay money for this place and I don’t see why they keep messing my order, just do your job right is it that hard?
