Subway — Restaurant in Florida

I am someone who goes there almost every week..... But today they just lost a costumer...... After a half day at work my mom and I decided to get something to eat at put closest subway location, I ordered a Italian herbs and cheese foot long with black forest ham, salami pepperoni cheese and ranch ... My mom order an Italian herbs and cheese with black forest ham, bacon, cheese, lettuce, onion and peppers..... All in all was around $35 ... Which would have been fine if we hadn't had to throw away the sandwiches after only a few bites because something was spoiled...... When I called the store I explained that something was spoiled and my guess was that it was the ham since the only thing both sandwiches had in them that was the same was the HAM.... The lady only the phone pretended not to understand what I was saying .... I had to explain the same thing a good 5 times only for her to tell me, "can you come into the store and explain?" to which I said no since I had already thrown out the sandwiches.... She said I would get a call back and I told her that would not be necessary but that it wasn't okay to sell foods that were bad especially at the price thay were selling them at.... LIKE I SAID BEFORE... HAD WE EATEN THE SANDWICHES I WOULD BE OKAY... BUT WE TECHNICALLY O LY ATE 3 BITES AND HAD TO THROW THEM OUT.... That was like throwing all the $35 into the trash.... And that is money we work hard to have ... I hate making bad reviews as someone who has worked with public before and I don't want to get anyone in trouble...... But this is just not okay.... I will not recommend this place again and I certainly will not go...

Literally just had one of the best subways sandwich’s I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve been going to subways since before JARED went bad! My sandwichier Peter made my sandwich with perfection, layered the meats properly topped with the perfect amount of toppings and dressings with salt and pepper! The bacon was crispy crunchy which made a lasting impression on my tastes buds. Thank you Peter for making subway GREAT AGAIN you will be seeing my girlfriend and I on a weekly basis. Truly a great asset to this subway which I use to hate going to. Almost forgot, the bread was so fresh clearly baked that day which is very crucial to subways brand promise “always fresh “ which the other 8 subways around Naples never did and clearly they went under cause of that and many other things ….. I ordered on doordash for a 12" roast beef sandwich with sliced avocado and I did not get that so I obviously got my refund for the sandwich and I called the place and I said Hey I'm just gonna reorder here it was wrong it's fine I guess but is there any way I could get extra avocado on this half because I paid for a 12" and I only got a 6" with no avocado and the lady that answered the phone I'm assuming her name is Mary Beth she's like oh of course let me just make you that full 12" sandwich again with the avocado and she asked me what kind of cookies I liked and she gave me a raspberry cookie and thinking I was only gonna get one she gave me several so she is probably 1 of the best employees there thank you for your service...
