J&K's Cafe — Restaurant in Florida

Went for breakfast this morning. The food I received was awful. Ordered an omelet and the eggs looked like they were thrown on the floor and then put back on the plate. They were brown with grease and broken up. The fill was falling out like they started to scramble the mix together and then throw cheese in for a grease mess.

I sent it back only to have the older waitress bring back the same plate and said it was because I Ordered a different omelet then other family member. I DON'T THINK SO!!!!

She told me it would take 25 minutes for a new one. I told her that would be fine even though that made no sense at all. I would just like something I could eat. 5 minutes later she brought out the same omelet just rewarmed and said that is how they make them. REALLY. After being around the food industry for a number of years this is definitely not the way you should talk with your customers. And I am not saying customers are always right, but to return the same food 3 times to the customer and talk to them this way is a total turn off.

I would not recommend this place for breakfast. The attitude of that one waitress definitely turned me off.

Everyone at my table enjoyed their breakfast, which all were cook perfect. Go figure 🤔 if that is how they cooked...

We order food to the office for lunch at least once a week. Some times a couple lunches and sometime 25-30 lunches. Decided to try J&K’s for 3 people today. Food was good but ordered online and this is how one of the sandwiches came. Notice anything missing? You sent a sandwich with no toppings. Did you think I could just ask the driver to go back? May give it one more chance but we’ll see. Check your orders before you send them out. If it shows it in the picture it should have it on the sandwich. Pretty simple.

Have gone a few time with friends fo the specialty nights like the Italian night the food wasn't that good. Noodles were a little undercooked and the sauce was just bland. from new york and we know sauce! I think prego from the store tastes better. We went another night during the week and the dinner that night was chicken and stuff and the chicken wasn't cooked all the way. It too was bland tasting and undercooked. We still go here occasionally but only for the drinks...
