Jason's Deli — Restaurant in Florida

I've been to this Jasons Deli numerous times over the years. Only recently did I stop ordering. I normally get the chicken pot pie soup but the last two times I ordered it, the soup was watered down with little chicken and vegetables. It's been a few months so I thought I would try something else. I ordered a bowl of beef stew that was pictured on the menu with corn muffins. I believe it's a seasonal item. After returning to my office, I opened my stew and found it nothing more than beef broth. There was one piece of beef and no vegetables were to be found. No corn muffins either. I packed it back up and drove the ten minutes back to Jasons Deli. I showed them the picture from the website and showed them the beef stew I received. The manager said he was happy to fix it and gave me another one. I asked about the corn muffins, and he replied they don't do that anymore. I get back to my office and find that the second order of beef stew had a few vegetables and beef but was still a soup and not a stew. Jason's Deli seems to be cutting corners, but there food and customer satisfaction is suffering...

Looking forward to a roast beef deli sandwich, I ordered one on multigrain wheat with mayo and leaf lettuce. My husband had turkey on same bread with lettuce and tomato. We also had 2 cookies ( cranberry, nut...). My rb sandwich had no lettuce but worse yet the roast beef was all tiny end pieces that were hard and dried out. Had I not looked forward to the sandwich I would chalk it up to lousy care from who made it and probably never set foot in Jason's again. But this was so bad I decided to send you my review. And 2 stars is generous but my husband had no complaints.

In response to my feedback, I heard from Jason's Mgmt that they would like to have the chance to make my order as it was expected. I called yesterday per their suggestion and spoke to Mgr. Brian who exceeded my expectations.... my sandwich / order was perfect and better than I originally expected. Kudos to Brian, Marco and Jason's Deli in Naples as they will definitely get return orders from me! thank you for making this all a positive...

Jason's Deli saved the day for us!! We were having boxed lunches catered for a luncheon and I found out one hour before the food was supposed to be delivered that the original caterer had forgotten our order and we were not going to have food.

I called Jason's Deli in a panic and their catering manager was so calm and reassuring. She handled my order, got it started while we were on the phone still, and while she said they would have it by the time the event started (1 hour and 20 minutes from when we were talking), they had it to us 10 minutes earlier than our original order was supposed to be delivered. I was AMAZED by the kindness, the service, the sense of urgency, and the willingness to go above and beyond to make a moment that could have been a disaster, a miracle instead. The delivery driver was also very kind, patient, and helpful.

Oh and of course the food was delicious! I highly recommend their catering option if you have an event. I will certainly be singing their praises for...
