Laguna Beach Coffee & Cream — Restaurant in Florida

Ice cream was good but one of the staff was rude. One nice lady was scooping my families ice cream and the other rude lady was ringing us up on the register. I walked over to pay and gave her a $20 because I saw the total was about $18+. She gave me my change, I left a tip and we sat down. About 2 minutes later she comes over to our table to inform me that I failed to pay for one of our four ice creams, that she didn’t ring up correctly. My wife went to hand her our card and she literally laughed in her face and shook her head. She turned without saying anything and walked to the register indicating that we needed to come pay there. We did and resumed eating our ice cream only to have the rude lady stand behind the counter, arms folded, and stare at us for the remainder of our time in the shop. I ate here 6/5 and it was good at first until my stomach started to hurt. I’m not lactose intolerant or dairy sensitive or anything, but my stomach started hurting so so bad after this. My stomach usually doesn’t hurt after a restaurant, and I usually don’t write reviews. But it was horrible. As far as the service goes however, it was amazing. The people who served the ice cream were very sweet and got it fast. Then the two people working the register were also nice, however I think someone was new and was learning! It was still very fast. Finally with atmosphere I’m gonna have to give it a 2/5 because as soon as you walked in there was an AC vent blowing right in our faces and was FREEZING. Then the whole place smelled like coffee, which usually for me isn’t bad but it was SO much smell that it was almost annoying. So yeah but all because of what it did to my stomach, I don’t...

Guy who makes the coffee with a beard and long hair is rude and unfriendly; for a Christian camp, that is not the image of God that should be represented. I literally tried to say “thank you have a nice day” and the guy wouldn’t even acknowledge me or my girlfriend. Seriously man, go work another job if you don’t want to be friendly, but reminder: you are working at a CHRISTIAN Coffee place on the beach. Go work in a factory if you don’t want to be friendly to people or have common courtesy! You do not represent Christian morals or ideals.
