Do not bother going to this one. Do yourself a favor and go to the one at Wesley chapel. Way better service and they aren't miserable people who hate their job. I'm not the type to send a pizza back or write a review so you know my experience was really bad when I was forced to do both. First I tried to order a pretzel crust which is supposed to be available because I just got it last week. Even though last time when i got it it wasn't the right crust and they just put cheese sauce on it. Apparently they didn't have the pretzel crust or cheese sauce but when I ordered it from the lanky white guy lets call him matt(who we will get to in a bit) 2 other professional pizza makers came from the back and hovered over the dude like they were the mafia trying to make sure dude didn't let me get the pretzel crust. This is weird because if it was truly out of stock why would the proffesional mafia pizza maker boys need to come and stand behind the dude. What it really seems like is either they just didnt want to make the pizza because its a hassle or they just dont know how to. Especially since last time i ordered it it wasnt made correctly but i guess my fault for going back here.. I learned my lesson. But whatever so I just order a classic pepperoni simple right? Well unfortunately I also wanted it well done and to have extra seasoning from the Italian cheese bread and crazy bread on the pizza.(side note: when you go to the much better Wesley chapel location, make sure to get these seasonings it makes it way better) This is where things take a turn because unfortunately that is too complicated of a order for our Lutz boys. The first two pizzas I received were both not the one I ordered. There were two different guys taking orders. The cool long hair guy gave me one pizza and when both of us agreed that wasn't my order our friend "Matt" immediately comes to give me a pizza that also wasn't correct. After I check and come back I can immediately tells dude has an attitude which I understand I worked at a pizza place and it could be annoying dealing with customers except if I just got the simple instructions I asked for it wouldve been cool. My guy Matt tried to argue with me about the pizza and trues to tell me it's well done when it's not. And tries to tell me the seasoning that I ordered was there when it wasn't. So finally on the third attempt just by feeling the box and smelling the pizza I can tell it's well done and has the seasoning. Which it did. The professional pizza makers were trying to be funny and make the pizza burnt but unfortunately for them I like crispy pizza and little caesars version of burnt is really just extra crispy anywhere else. But here's a crazy surprise you may have never guessed. When I got the third pizza the cool long hair guy gave it to me and told me Matt was in some mood the whole day. Really shocked me but hey Matt if you're reading this maybe work literally...
Read moreI've ordered here a few times and had good experiences. Today was different. I called in around 4:30pm today to place an order for a scheduled pick-up time for 6:45pm. The order included 3 large cheese pizzas and 1 large pepperoni pizza. I instructed the employee over the phone that someone was going to pick-up the order on my behalf. Before I had the chance to give a name for the order, they hung up. I had to call back to give a name. When my mother in law dropped off our order, there were only 3 large pizzas and they were all pepperoni. These pizzas are for an event at a business, so we were disappointed. When I called in to the store, I spoke with one of the employees and expressed my frustration about the mixed-up order. I told the employee there was no way I could step away from our event since it was scheduled to finish at 9:30pm. After cleaning and locking up, that meant lil caesar's would be closed. I was going to pitch the order if no one at our event was satisfied with pepperoni, which was going to force us to order from a closer pizzeria. That meant our customers were going to eat later than we promised. The employee told me to hold as he spoke with his manager. The manager said they could not reimburse us after today. That highly disappointed us. As a small business owner, customer service is very important to me and I make an effort to go out of my way to ensure that each customer is satisfied. Clearly they made a mistake, and were unwilling to make the situation correct. I do not recommend this location of Lil' Caesars even if they are your last resort. They won't come through and they will...
Read moreHad my second bad experience at a Little Caesars tonight. Except this one they didn't make right. I called in my order ahead like I usually do when I'm ordering sausage pizzas. The guy on the phone didn't take my name and told me that it would take 11 minutes for the pizza to be ready. When I got there 15 minutes later they claimed there was no order made for sausage pizzas and that they were sorry. Of course, he had already run my credit card when he checked for the pizza. It took me suggesting that they just make sausage pizzas for them to realize that was an option. So after waiting the 5-6 minutes I was told my pizzas would magically be ready in I asked. The cashier for the phone number so I could make sure I was in the right store. He didn't know and when asked to look it up he didn't seem to know what to do. So I just called the number I called earlier- the phone rang. So then I asked to speak to speak to a manager. He looked about 18, and he offered to not charge me for the sausage on the pizza, but as I said they had already charged me. He apologized and then left. I waited for my pizzas. Neither worker would take responsibly for taking my order on the phone but I never saw a third guy. I got my pizzas and asked them to tell whoever took my order to not screw up and left 15 minutes later than I should have. And when I got home I discovered my pizza was undercooked. I do not swear at strangers nor do I yell, I had been polite and calm there was no reason to rush me out with...
