Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

Absolutely horrible!!!!! Usually I do not post to anything, but my experience at this branch of Little Ceasars was the worst ever!!!! This would make the third time I have had a bad experience at this branch, but never publicly complained, but this by far was the worst and since I felt like I was not heard today at the store or the complaint line....here we go. I waited to make my order in drive thru for ten minutes. Then I placed my order for a one hot and ready, one smokehouse pizza, and one cinnamon bites dessert. They proceeded to tell me to pull forward to wait, that it would be five minutes. I expressed to her that I do not like to pull forward because you guys have a tendency to forget people out there. She proceeded to promise me that it would not happen again. 15 minutes later I'm still waiting in the "pull forward spot" while other people are going out the door and drive thru with their pizzas. Because it was raining and I have a three year old I did not want to get out of my car so I tried calling the number....10 times and no answers later.....I call the complaint line only for them to tell me that they will forward my information to the owner and the owner will call me later and that's all they can do. After that I got out my car in the rain with my three year old to get my stuff only to find out that they gave someone else my order accidentally and clear my order as complete, hence the reason I was just stuck out there waiting!!!!! At this point, I demanded my money back and that process took another ten minutes for them to get me my money back because the employees were too busy pointing the blame on each other and arguing who did what instead of trying to make the customer happy or come up with a resolution!!!!! Third time and I'm out. I thought we would be so happy to have a neighborhood Little Ceasar, but I am not!!!! They have not figured out a way yet to make this store run smoothly, decrease their wait times, answer phones, or make customers happy. I will never return again and will not recommend anyone else either and if anyone ask me about it....I will have nothing positive to say because there is nothing positive to be said. Very...

I love Little Ceasar's food and I've become quite a regular here. I would order the Crazy Bread or Cheesy Bread... However on multiple occasions, they have handed me food that is dried up, crusty, and just disgusting looking. On on occasion I was on a 1 hour break and spent 30 of it waiting in the drive thru because they only had one worker. I finally order my food and they said it would be 5 minutes... I went in after 15 and they completely forgot about my order. I left without accepting my food cause I was out of time and had to eat a bad of chips for dinner. I've told them about it in the past and it will be all good on that visit, but on future visits, I get served trash food again. Even after telling them about it, they STILL charged me for the meal. Their workers do not care. They do not smile. The last time I went to visit, not only did they give me dried up food, but even when they took it back and gave me a fresh one, it was hard and dried up too. Don't ever eat at this establishment. The pizza is always good and fresh but the way this location operates it kind of kills the "drive-thru" idea because every time I come I end up sitting in the drive thru for at least 15 minutes or having to pull up somewhere and park and so your aware they will take care of the customers that come inside before the they take care of the ones in the drive thru which makes no sense to be honest. Being asked to wait these times is at just any regular time, not like dinner rush or anything so I just like to give a heads up so you don't think u can just swing thru and grab a pizza. They do put a little bit too much sauce for my taste and I used to get the basic hot N ready with light sauce but now so everyone is aware that doesn't know already, they will automatically charge you extra if they have to touch the pizza at all other than cooking it so a regular hot N ready if you asked for less sauce will be leaving 6.85 instead of 5.35. this is just my .02 but overall still good pizza...
