The food at subway is usually good. However, if your team doesn't have good customer service, I will not return. Today I stopped in. The manager was the only person working. I waited patiently while she prepared an online order. She did say she would be right with me. But when someone is sighing and deep breathing like they're aggravated it is off-putting. Another team member came in and apparently was early by accident, and the manager allowed her to leave until her scheduled time. (This is important to note based on the exchange I had with the manager afterwards.) So I ordered my food, she made it. A customer came in and went to the register behind me. I turned and asked are you just picking up. She said yes. The manager then came to the register to ring me out, so I wanted to let her know the girl was picking up because I know when I order online I expect to be able to come in and grab my food and go. So anyway, I figure I am helping by letting the manager know. The manager got snippy with me and stated, "I understand, but I am just one person working here." Of course she said it in a rude way. I felt pretty dumb at that point. So, she gets the girl her food and she left. The manager rings me up and starts trying to be nice and friendly at this point. I was paying with my debit card and the machine asks me if I want to tip. Hell no I don't want to tip. I was just made to feel like an idiot. I get it. You are in the service industry.    Read moreWaited in line for about 20 min , which is not a huge deal because we could clearly see this girl was alone on a SATURDAY NIGHT. This isn't the first incident, at this location. Management clearly does not know what they are doing , or they just dont care. They were out of bread ,tuna ,cold cuts ...lord knows what else ... and the girl had atleast 5 online order tickets plus a line of people. She had to call the manager because people who ordered online were coming in wanting their orders and she had nothing for them. I feel like this has nothing to do with the girl who was working tonight. I overheard her say she wasnt supposed to even be working ( she still had a great attitude despite management putting her in such an awful position!) . The manager instructed her to shut the store down and not to make anymore subs. We were literally in the middle of her making ours. I won't be going back here. I would not recommend this store . 9 times out of 10 its horrible service. New management needed ! If you dont have an extra worker to help on the weekend ,YOU come...

The bread was more important than the customer telling me who are you and why do I have to listen to him when clearly I am the customer customers come first don’t know why he was so rude .
