TOP Quality food and amazing service! Hetal, Sonny & their whole team were so friendly and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They catered 6 of our events including our wedding, cocktail & reception and did an absolutely phenomenal job! We could not be happier we used them to cater our events. Our guests could not stop raving about the delicious food at every event!

They have a large variety of delicious options to pick from. I highly recommend calling them with your menu and asking for their ideas. Hetal is very knowledgeable and will be able to suggest popular items/dishes that you can add or substitute on your menu. I also suggest a tasting as they truly have some amazing dishes you have to try! They use fresh ingredients that really bring out the flavors and quality of their food. It is delicious and top notch!

They have so many delicious options we were able to work together with Hetal to craft a menu that was a mix of modern and traditional flavors that kept guest satisfied! I got married in March 2024 at the Coral Springs Marriott (outside of Heron Bay) located in the greater Fort Lauderdale, FL area. I hired Maa Vimla to cater the entire Wedding weekend.

Maa Vimla is a family owned business in Orlando, FL operated by a brother-sister duo (Savan and Hetal), with the parents and spouses leading the cooking! Maa Vimla is a 100% Vegetarian kitchen, and are well-versed in Jain and Swaminarayan cooking alternatives.

Making the menu for multiple events was tough - but Savan and Hetal made it so easy! They provided suggestions and helped make the menu “flow” better. We heard from many friends that their Caterers were trying to rip them off…but we never got that from Maa Vimla. Instead they were very honest about whether this is too much food or you need more. They were flexible with every change we made. They were very easy to work with and easy to get a hold of if any questions popped into our heads.

We knew we had signed the right caterer when we went for food tasting. We were sitting in the middle of their kitchen, and they treated us like family by making jokes, and continuously feeding us! We ate way more than we expected and everything was amazing. It was very hard to narrow down our menu for our events.

If you splurge on one thing, make sure it’s the Caterer and be sure to hire Maa Vimla. Our guests are still raving about the food…and it’s been weeks since...
