I have some great experiences with other Marco's Pizza locations in the past, but the one I had today will ensure that I will not order from this location ever again.
I placed an order an hour and a half prior to when my pizzas would need to be delivered and received a call 45 minutes later to inform me that they were "all out of extra large pizzas". I was rather baffled and asked what they could do and the response was a resounding "nothing". I asked if they could have another store make the pizzas since they had already charged my card and the answer was "we're really busy right now". Really? At 11:00 AM on a Tuesday they are really busy? So here I am trying to scramble to get a lunch together for a meeting at 11:45 and they refuse to help me while letting me know that it will take 3 to 5 business days to refund a purchase that they never even attempted to fulfill.
There is a Westshore Pizza less than a mile away from this Marco's location. I recommend you go there and get their absolutely amazing garlic knots and just try to forget that this Marco's...
Read moreStaff didn’t give me the receipt I needed to complete their private survey, so here I am on google... I haven’t eaten the pizza yet, but I’m so frustrated with my experience customer service-wise that I’m leaving this on the way back home. The girl working the front assumed that I ‘just’ placed my order and that was why it wasn’t ready, instead of actually checking on it for me. Basically dismissed me and advised me to wait. The guy making pizzas said he was backed up, which is understandable, but why was there still no apology? No sense of understanding from their staff, I was exhausted and ready to get back home as soon as possible and left at a time where my pizza should be ready by the time I arrived. So, I waited 10 min past the ‘guaranteed’ time while my pizza actually sat for a little as I stood there, still waiting. One off my friends managed a Marcos in the past and I KNOW that kind of behavior wouldn’t be acceptable at that store... needless to say I won’t be coming back. I’d rather driver to a farther location where the service is ‘guaranteed’...

But this afternoon I called to order and the woman was obviously having a very bad day she was very snarky when she answered and annoyed by taking my order I don't know if it's because she didn't like the fact that she had to take my order or the fact that I had a code to use. She was not having a good day. Using a cell phone to place my order and before the call was through my phone cut her off she called back before I could call her back with a worse attitude than before she was very sassy asking me are you going to pay this with cash or card and when I said a card it got worse so I said you know what I'm just going to cancel this order because and before I could say anything else she hung up on me. Apparently she doesn't want to work tonight and she doesn't care who gets pizza or not. Good job Marco's, good job Marcos, good job. Runaway the customers! the girl answering the phone is costing you money but I'm pretty sure you don't care or you wouldn't...
