McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

Negative 1 is the stars I would like to give this location. Service has declined significantly in the past year. Lets go with my last 3 last three visits, as I seem to be a glutton for punishment. I have given them 3 strikes and they are off my list. Went three weeks ago and my husband was waiting in line to order, apparently the lady behind him was friends with the cashier so the cashier called the lady who walked past my husband, stood in front of him and placed her order while she chatted with the cashier. I was livid he said we should leave.

Drove by a couple weeks after to order, got home the order was not what we ordered. I was livid but had no time to go back to rant. Today placed an order, went to pay, representative was texting so she didnt see us waiting for a good minute. She didnt apologize but just took our money and gave us our reciept. Went and got our order, arrived home 5 minutes later only to find the 3 drinks that came with the water was diluted fruit punch. Apparently the machine wasnt working properly so no one noticed it was giving colored water.

I called to speak with a manager, there was no manager and it took a while for someone to find some kind of supervisor who told me she was gonna check the machine and fix it, because that fixes the issue I was having right. Since the renovations at this location I am ever so annoyed at this store and its service. Three strikes and you are out. Crappy service, this location will not get another dollar out of me ever again. And no I don't want to be pacified or placated with a free dollar burger or a coupon. I WANT BETTER SERVICE. Horrible

Im a regular customer at this specific location, and I have never experienced something like this before. But I couldn’t leave this situation just like that, Im extremely disgusted and upset at the fact that I found a nail ( chewed up to be exact ) inside my moms caramel frappe. This shouldnt be allowed, the fact that the employee that dropped a nail no one noticed and continue to served the frappe shows how unsanitary it is to eat here. Im very upset, frappes have gone up in price ( which is fine, since everything else has ) but its very unfair to pay the current price and find a nail in the drink. I really hope this gets taken care of because no customer should have to experience this at all. This experience had made me rethink of ever...

It’s no longer an economical place for fast food. Also, I remember the days where they had among the very best customer service; well that is all gone. This store is handled unprofessionally. You need to check your order carefully if going thru drive-thru as you’re always missing something. They messed up our order as the person had trouble understanding English. When went to pay they claim to have fixed the order, only to get home and realize they had thrown a piece of chicken in between 2 buns (nothing like the photo of the crispy chicken sandwich). No lettuce, tomato, sauce or anything. The return of the Cheese Danish is no return as it seems half the size? Maybe other stores are better, but you’re likely to get a better deal in any...
