McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

I always ordered a medium frappe caramel for my wife. When I went to pick it up it was a small cup of frappe and I have addressed it to the manager the nicest way and she stated saying that the medium size of frappe. I said no ma’am the cup say the size on the cup and it clearly say small in yellow and they say that cup is for soda and that is a small for soda not for frappe and I said no ma’am is not a medium frappe I always order this for my wife and is the first time I see this and she said well it new so is small and I said I want a refund and I went to another location and brought the medium frappe and took it to them showing the recipe and they said well that is a franchise location and excuses. Guys check your order and size and the food too they are not doing the order correctly. You have been paying the correct price and receiving less than what you are paying. Do not buy in this McDonald’s go to another McDonald’s where your order is correct. Like this is how they want to be paid more for pay rate and serve their paying...

Who and where is the manager ? How is this store even allowed to operate after hours....

I experienced this around 9 30pm. This place straight up steals your money 💲💰💲. You ask for a large they give you a medium or small, of course after waiting 35 minutes on a drive thru line with 3 cars you aren't gonna ask for you money back because now you would have wasted your money and your time...

My first experience was horrible but I decided to give this place a second chance, which now, I greatly regret.

Cashier was rude and nasty not only to me but to the little polite children ordering before me. I decided to take a picture since he wouldn't stop mean mugging me after I called him out on his rude behavior and poor customer service.

You all be the judge, what a friendly face ! Who knows this guy probably is part of management... Wouldn't surprise me at this point.

I seriously hope Management finally decides to show up for work and take action on these...

Just left this location it's Friday February 28, 2pm the WORST customer service I have ever witnessed a short haired Hispanic manager was yelling at a young man for NO reason this Young man was in line and that short haired manager literally yelled at him for NO reason pointed at him to get out this young man was simply looking at the menu NO reason why that short haired manager attacked him I walled out NEVER will I return to this MC Donald employees must remember 1 very IMPORTANT thing with out US the customer they can NOT buy foot, clothes, have a car and keep a roof over their heads..... corporate must start secret shoppers at this location. And that manager must be made an example Cause all she's showing is her employees can do the same thing....
