McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

Absolutely Disappointing! I go to this place almost everyday and order the same thing, yet they still can't get it right!

Each time I have to correct my order in some way. But, today was the worst.

I ordered 3 cheeseburgers with extra pickles and extra onions and mayonnaise. I also ordered a mc chicken with cheese and extra pickles. I've gotten to the point where I just ask for mayonnaise packets because I know they're bound to forget it or have it sloppy all over the place. Today I got three different incorrect sandwiches which all had their own unique probably: one had no onions, one had too little onions, one had no pickles, one had too little pickles, all were mayonnaise deficient; which I accounted for before hand. My chicken sandwich had no cheese and one pickle.

So, I explained what was wrong and how to fix it and returned the sandwiches. After about 5 minutes of waiting for what seemed like sandwiches made with love, I got my food back. When I opened up the sandwiches they were still incorrect. They fixed some issues but made new mistakes. The mayonnaise was completely forgotten (even on the chicken sandwich that comes with mayonnaise originally) and I barely had any pickles with regular amounts of onions.

At that point I just asked for pickles and onions on the side because I did not want to wait another 5 minutes just to have more incorrect sandwiches. So, with the extra pickles and onions, I was able to build the sandwiches the correct way myself.

I was going to dine in, but I was so ready to get out of there because I showed just how pissed I actually was. So, I walk out and take a bite of one of my cheeseburgers just to have a cold burger destroy my taste buds.

I continued walking because my phone was dying and I needed to get it on a charger quickly. Plus I knew that I was too pissed to return or I may have caused a scene. But, I wish I could have taken pictures of what they give me each time and what I made myself.

Now I'm sitting here charging my phone with cold disgusting food and less money, super pissed off and greatly disappointed!

I really want to go back up there to request to have my money back but I'm too upset to communicate peacefully. And I have to charge my phone because that stupid McDonald's app that didn't even work killed my battery taking forever and a day to download.

That was just today. But, on a normal basis there are long waits, incorrect orders, overflowing trash and dirty bathrooms. There's this one manager woman who wears a white long sleeve collared shirt that was staring hard and ugly at every black male who came in. She even walked past me twice without acknowledging that I was there waiting and then she goes and starts taking orders for the two women that just walked in.

One time I was there and the girl forgot to put the patty inside of the bun and closed it. When I took a bite it was nothing but bread, so I took another bit to see if the patty was just on the other side of the bun. After the second attempt I spat everything out and took the remaining bun back to them. The lady asked “where's the meat?“ I said "exactly!" She didn't want to give me another sandwich, but my look of anger made her change her mind. Then I heard the sandwich maker girl say that I ate it and was just trying to get another sandwich. So, I shouted "Please Don't Forget The Burger This Time!" to her and she gave me the stinky eyes.

My brother and I just went there last week and they gave us old burnt cold nuggets and we had to take them back.

The One guy in the front, I think name is Andrew, is the only person there that is attentive and helpful. He's the reason I haven't gone off on them yet.

They stand around looking at you but won't asked you how they can help. There's only a few ladies working there that actually are polite. The rest ...IDK. I think the short chubby light skin lady was drunk the other day as well.

And if I see another employee walk pass an overflowing trashcan and not do everything about it again, I'm gonna...

Back in the 80's and 90's this restaurant had all black employees and the last time I visited in 2018 it was all black employees. And I visited it on Wednesday and ordered the $5.00 which consisted of I ordered a McChicken, fries with no salt, honey mustard sauce for my chicken nuggets and ice tea without ice and extra mayonnaise on my sandwich This McDonald's has all Spanish employees. So what I received was no extra mayonnaise for my sandwich, barbecue sauce for my nuggets, salt on my fries and packages of mustards. I ate the food, because I needed to eat and didn't wanted to try and explain what I ordered, so I spoke to the manager who didn't have a clue as to what I was talking about, so his response was "What did you ordered.' I explained to him what happened, but he just looked at me without answering, because he didn't understand what I was asking. I called customer service and they said that a manager will call me, and he did, but he wasn't any better because he didn't offered me any type of compensation after I told him that I had a headache from eating the fries with salt. But he did say that he will try to fix the problem. That wasn't enough for me because I wanted to be compensated for my troubles and I will not be returning...

This location is a JOKE.

I’ve been sitting at the intercom for over 15 minutes — no greeting, no “hold on,” no nothing. Just sitting there like an idiot, stuck between a line of cars, unable to move forward or back. I wasn’t trying to order a full meal — literally just wanted ice cream. That’s it.

And I already know how this goes — after making customers wait forever, they love to hit you with the classic “ice cream machine not working.” It’s beyond frustrating and unprofessional. This happens WAY too often and no one ever takes accountability.

Y’all need better management, faster service, and people who actually care about doing their job. Because right now? This location is giving lazy, slow, and careless.

Do better. Or...
