Hoagie Hut — Restaurant in Florida

I have been a local business owner in the area since november of 2022. I fell in love with this place but horrible customer service needs to be reported when noticed to help other consumers. I placed a huge order for an inventory I had at my store this morning. 10 meals and 12 coffees. Each meal was exactly the same, bacon, eggs, and potatoes. They forgot bacon for 9 out of the 10 meals.

Thank God the employees there were very humble and modest and didn’t even mention it until one guy got a plate with little to nothing in there.

I called this place to voice my concern and ofcourse the first thing they say is sorry,”I’ll look into this”. They come back on the phone to tell me “we can only provide you with the bacon we forgot”. I was sure to tell the employee that there’s no need for the bacon because we already ate the food. The employee then told me that’s all they could do.

That is the worst plan of action and for the amount of money I spent at this place I would think they had better customer service than that. I was once a great customer now I hope no one comes to you guys. If they’re not forgetting food from your order then they’re making fun of you in Spanish because you...

Hoagie Hut is definitely a diamond in the rough. In such a heavy industrial area and being surrounded by some popular fast food locations, this place really brings it on a quality level. The menu is pretty diverse for a place that has “Hoagie” in its name. First thing first, the food is always made to order so it’s fresh/piping hot every time. Whether you’re ordering breakfast or lunch be sure to order ahead if you’re pressed for time. My orders are always ready in 10 mins or less (even my coffee)

The breakfast is always something to look forward to, I’m thinking about it as soon as I clock in to work especially my cafe con leche. I highly recommend the breakfast wrap or shrimp & grits.

Lunch is also a treat they have some bowls you can order, I’ve tried them all and I think they’re all impressive and priced well for the protein and quality they provide.

Lastly, can’t forget the service ! The ladies there are always so thorough when ordering and I’ve never picked up an order without getting big smiles and well wishes from all the staff, they definitely complete...

I use to come here from class Miami back in 2014. Man things has changed, and I'm not liking it at all. First starters the subs are a lot smaller and thinner then what it use to be. They use to ask you if you want condiments on any subs you would order. Nope not anymore my philly steak rarely had cheese nor steak. You better off going to Jersey mikes or subway. I also ordered fries for $2 and some change very small portion. For 2 subs one fries and two lemonades it ran up to like $30 💔paying that much for food I need to see a lot of food. The gauva lemonade taste artificial and syrupy. I don't know what happened to this place. But man it's heartbreaking. It's sad to see my favorite sub shop to go bad like this. After spending $30 between my friends and I. I still feel hungry. Look at the picture you can't even see the steak from the outside. All types of corners got cut in this place. I do...
