Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Florida

My fries were just bits and pieces of broken potatoe waffles I was given no Ketchup,they were cold and soogy,I was trying to tell the lady making my shake no whip cream she said WHAT!!! I said you know thats rude to answer like that, and the lady from the register told me to excuse her because she do not speak English and stated I should have told her no whip cream at the register, I said did you ask me first of all I didnt even know they put whip cream on the shake and now I must excuse someone for not speaking English at Miami Dade College Campus, well I said she should not be able to work here without speaking basic English. This place is great and convenient but please make it available on the website location search so you can make pickup orders. Lucky to have this Chick-fil-A on the college. Its quick ordering with the stations setup on site, just a grind when it maxed out between classes, at lunch and other times.
