McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

Honest reviews are not 100 good experiences and then judging on one bad experience. People are human, things happen and it is inevitable things will happen when we are in a hurry or a bad mood ourselves. That's life teaching us to be patient and be kind and slow down.

As many people leaving bad reviews, I don't see them stop coming.. and if they open say at 6 and 20 cars need to be at work at 6:15 or 6:30 then perhaps make your own breakfast. Don't get mad and take things out on hard workers.

People can be rude but so can the customer... Be honest... Haven't we all be rude ourselves before?

Perhaps that worker has a ton of things to do, maybe another worker called in sick and now that person is frustrated.. on top of it now she's at your window and people are demanding, in a hurry and by- God, you better get it right!

I challenge every poster to remember to leave good reviews every time you have a good experience...let them know. They love to feel appreciated too and being kind makes people happy. Makes them smile to serve you.

The one lady I see in the morning, Ms C? She is beyond kind to people, always giving eye contact and telling them to have a good day and more ...

One day she got my order wrong and acted differently, So I thought.

It didn't occur to me to ask about her day.. then I noticed her limping and sure enough she said she was in pain but still pushing through her shift. And let me tell you, she is on her feet and still manages friendly greetings. She is a faithful employee.

Be kind and...

We pulled in here and there was 9 cars in the drive thru. We saw a couple of cars patrons walk up but the doors were locked so apparently they weren't dating anybody inside which was strange and this post covid era. We stayed in line while we watched a couple of people pull out because it was taking so long. Eventually we got to order and we ordered our sandwiches and fries and when we got to pick up our order my wife tasted her french fries and they were barely warm approaching cold. Mine were the same way and we told the woman at the drive-thru about it. She was talking to a manager behind her and the manager asked for the french fries and then stucker big Paul on them trying to feel if they were warm or cold or hot or whatever. It was almost like she didn't believe us so much for the customer being right. Turns out they did believe us and they pulled us forward while we waited about another five minutes for them to cook new fries. These were very hot but there was a ton of salt in them. I began eating my sandwiches and they were ice cold as well dang it. This McDonald's is having a problem with their level that they're holding their food. they're also having trouble with their microwave because the cheese on my two double cheeseburgers wasn't even melted. It was like it was late in the sandwich fresh out of the refrigerator. I like McDonald's but this establishment was really sucking...

This McDonald’s used to be the exception to all the problems that you deal with and fast food. They used to really be on top of things. It’s clear than I’m quite literally gonna have to sit in line and check every single order from now on the last four times I’ve been there there’s been an issue every single time and this issue tonight has been. We just left the fall festival for my kids elementary school both my kids, screaming, tired and hungry. I got my kids happy meals and we always do extra fries instead of apple slices because those apple slices are disgusting. I said it at the intercom after the person just assumed that’s what I wanted. I said it again at the window and said it a third time at the pick up window and I was assured there was extra fries in these damn happy meals. Definitely not. Instead, I got two very small slack boxes of fries. No extra fries instead of apples. We got the disgusting apples. So after spending $50 on dinner, I have to come home and still cook something for my kids. I guess I could go back and make them rectify that, but that would also mean that I have to keep my kids up in order for that to make any sense. I could see if I didn’t say anything, but I said it three times it’s crazy to me that somebody cannot know for sure that something is correct but still look you dead in the eyes like...
