McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

This is a new review as I cannot post a second one so I had to edit my old one. Came her after hurricane Milton and they were SO rude. We’ve all been through a lot so a little common decency would be nice at this time. We spent over $60 on a meal for a family of 4. One being a happy meal. Thought a nice toy and meal would brighten my kids night after being w/o power and hot food. They didn’t give him a toy. I was told we’re not giving toys out. I asked why I wasn’t told that when I ordered. I was pretty much told to deal with it. I requested a refund and was treated even worse. I’m not paying almost $7 for a 6pc nugget and a small FF when I can get a sandwich, small ff, 4pc nugget, and a drink for $5. You pay he extra $ for a cheap toy. So if I’m not getting that cheap toy I’m not paying the extra for less food. I was pretty much drilled about why I wanted a refund and then beraded for wanting it. Then pretty much had my money (I paid cash so refund was cash) thrown at me with attitude. I was a manager for McD’s for over 15 years in IL and would NEVER treat a customer this way. Not sure if this is franchisee or corporate owned but either way I’d be ashamed to run a business like this ESPECIALLY after a devastating hurricane came thru. Shame on you and much more on the...

Normally not the type to leave a review but thought the management/owner should be made aware of what’s going on at their store at night . So normally when I come to this store at night one a few workers are actually working while the rest are just standing around line always takes longer then other McDonald’s probably for this reason have enough to get quick service just the workers are not working. But tonight I saw something that I would be embarrassed of if I was the management not sure of the situation that was happening but there were a bunch of cops out front and a young lady getting taken away in an ambulance with some kind of injuries while the cops were out front right at the front counter the majority of the crew minus one or two workers were taking picture in uniform throwing up middle fingers and laughing and celebrating over the cops being there I would be personal embarrassed to have my crew doing such thing expecially in plain view of customers and social media. Like I said just thought management should be aware of the type of workers they have on there night crew because clearly they are unaware of I don’t think it would be allowed new management is clearly...

Dirty, Rude, Just SMH…. I try to never go to this location because the manager is rude and nothing different about tonight. I tried to order from my app but it kept giving me an error message so I tried to get some assistance from the counter. The RUDE manager, as usual, ignored me for about 30 seconds, then said I’ll be right with you. Then she proceeds to start making coffee and food for EMPLOYEES while I’m standing there. I stand there for another 3 MINUTES and another employee comes to the register so I said ok she is coming to help me.. NOPE! She starts taking to her friend BEHIND ME like I’m not even standing there. I was flabbergasted! You had to be there, it was like the twilight zone! After 5 minutes of standing there (only because my kids were hungry) I LEFT to sit in the parking lot to write this...
