DoorDash delivered the food, we still called the restaurant to let them know we ordered a gyro platter and there was no gyro. The worker on the other side said to drive over and we will have a new one prepared. My husband arrives at Rosemary Grill and the worker/manager will not give him a new one with out returning the order that did not have gyro meat. The manager said they told us to return the wrong order. That was never advised as they were on speaker phone with myself, spouse and my son, and all of us can confirm, validate they never made that request. We threw out the food once we called and they said they would have one ready and replaced. I gave my spouse a photo to show them before he left, but he was extremely disappointed that the manager lied, and my spouse did not want to waste anymore time to show the photo he had from me on a text I sent to his phone before he left. My husband stated he likes the restaurant’s food, unlike myself I hate their food. My husband told the manager that he will never return as a patron to this restaurant, in person or through any delivery apps services. Rosemary Grill’s gyro platter we ordered only had rice and salad, no gyro meat at all. My husband, who is an AVP in our community understands what good customer service is all about and this of course was the worst experience he has had in many years from a local restaurant; my husband who is a man of integrity. Wow, Rosemary Grill, you lost a customer permanently! After a long day at work this is what he wanted to have for dinner, and you guys get it all wrong in so many ways. Then the owners son and owner told me I had the wrong price and they could not continue to give at that price for $10.99 for 1 pc fish & 10 pc shrimp combo. They charged me $7.99 for the fish as a combo itself and $7.99 for the fish itself. I showed them the online menu along with the price fir $10.99 they then told me it was old and that it was grub hub pricing. That they would give it to me at that price once or they’d go bankrupt. Then the owner said she no longer wanted to do business with me anymore. I also paid $6.99 for cheese sticks I did not get and tried contacting them to request a replacement or refund but come to find out she stopped so low as to block my phone number. Read moreWe ordered through Uber Eats. We love Mediterranean/ Middle Eastern food. We were so excited for the chicken kebab, rice, salad, and hummus. We opened it and it was so bare. Even worse, the taste of everything was just so confusing. There was no taste. We had to get our spices because the chicken was bland. The hummus wasn't appetizing. The salad was so small that it looked like a garnish. I was hoping I could at least get full off the rice, but it's probably the worst thing in the container. The rice had a strange aftertaste.
I really suggest taste testing all the food that is sent out for delivery. My daughter looked at me with a look like..."what is this?" She's a foodie that enjoys all kinds of food from different cultures.
