I want to start off by saying that there is nothing wrong with working for a "fast food" restaurant. There is something wrong in not taking pride in what you do for a living. Many people would love to have the opportunity to make a living. Instead, their are people like manager "James" working at this specific location that could care less if the paying customers bring light to a disgusting issue. After ordering, I used the women's room which I found at least 3 flies in just my stall. Then after getting our meal, we noticed garbage all over the floor, it almost looked like they swept it to one side of the dining room area. After eating, my seat was closest to the window I noticed more flies and then ants on the window seal, at least 5-7 ants! I had to move my seat because they where so close to me. I was completely disgusted and couldn't eat anymore. I patiently waited for the customers ahead of me to finish ordering there meals, and asked for the manager. We where face to face with "the manager" James. He advised us he was the manager on duty, which then we started telling him the condition of his store. He almost had a smirk on his face, my husband advised him we are not looking for anything free but to let him know. His response was, "We have people that come out once a month and spray, and we tell them all the time" My husband said "Well they should be fired!" He just laughed it off and waved the next customers to the counter. The trash can, was completely crawling with ants. Completely disgusting. we will never come back to this location. We walked out the front door and see an employee smoking a cigarette right outside the front door. Complete trash! Take pride in your work, especially if your expecting $14-15 an hour! As I pulled up to the order board, somebody else was ordering at the other drive-through lane so I waited and waited and waited until they were finished. The drive-through attendant asked for my order. I ordered the number seven large with a ice coffee, thinking about the hot fries I was going to receive. My total was 606 and I pulled up to the window to pay. I handed the Cashier $6.06. I was waiting there for more than a minute. She was taking another order so I waited for the receipt, she looked at me and said pull up. She was neither polite nor friendly. I pulled up to the window to receive my food. A man with black chipped nail polish handed me the bag. No thank you no greeting no nothing. I pulled around one of the parking spaces and took a fry out. It was warm,it was soggy, it tasted like it sat in the cardboard for a long time. I love a hot crispy McDonald’s french fry these were not them. I took the burger out of the bag and I could feel it was already cold. I opened the burger, the cheese was not even melted, the bun was cold, the meat was cold, and it had so much catchup and mustard on it, it was just gross. Are usually order my cheeseburgers with extra onions these didn’t even have any. Food was horrible. The ice coffee was the surprise. I go in and a woman comes up to me and says what's wrong with that with a little bit of attitude of my add.
