I visited there around 8:30p today. I ordered 2 meals through the drive-thru, and requested no salt on both sandwiches and fries. They mistakenly tried giving me two medium cokes. After telling them what it was I ordered, they gave it to me, and it was correct. They asked me to pull into a drive-thru spot because I had an order come through my delivery app while I was in line, and it wasn’t ready yet. While I waited, I ate my food. My fries were so salty, I didn’t even bother tasting my sandwich. I went inside. It was obvious no one took anything serious or even cared. The place looked more like a hang out spot for them to congregate at. Also, I’m not sure when their shift started, but everyone’s uniforms were so clean, it almost seemed like they were only there to try to look fly or something. I don’t know about anyone else, but back when I worked in the fast food industry, myself and and the rest of the crew tried to keep ourselves clean as best we could, but it was difficult to since we were actually putting in work and moving like we were getting paid to do something. And at that time, we sure were not getting paid $14-$17 like fast food employees and Mgrs. now are. Anyways… it took them a minute to even acknowledge me at first. When they did, a young lady who I believe to be the Mgr. or a Lead Crew member, took my bag of food to replace it with fresh food. She looked like she was more ready to go to the club than for work, considering all of the make-up, bulky facial jewelry, and thick, dark, glue-on eye-lashes. Then, they accidentally gave my delivery order to the wrong person, so they also had to correct that as well. Another young lady with brown hair who was there in a pink shirt looked like she may have been a team lead or Asst. Mgr., but another crew member had to show her how to ring up that land and surf sandwich someone was ordering. She did not seem to know what she was doing. The only person who I can see in the front that looked like they had some type of sense was Juan (I heard someone say his name). He was moving around re-stocking items. I eventually got my correct food, which was fresh, including the delivery order (at least, I hope it was correct, considering the bag was tapped closed, so I couldn’t check behind them). I really hope they realize how unprofessional they look and that it’s not about what you do, it’s how you do it, and also… whatever you do, strive to be...
Read moreThis is my local Mc Donald's just about 5 minutes away from home. You would think they would like to get to know your local clientele that is year around but the effort is not just there. On another note I think the made some changes on the late PM shift and overnight shift because they are not as rude and the ones 5 months ago. I come to this location at LEAST 3 to 4 times a week and sometimes you sit looking at a dead speaker with zero cars in front of you and when you just drive to the window they look at you as if you are a you know what and when you tell them i have been seating at the speaker for 5 minutes and not even a Good evening welcome to Mc Donald's give me one moment please !! at the window they reply NO you were NOT sitting at the speaker for 5 minutes because I saw you when you got there...i felt like saying shame on you so you know what time I got here and you are arguing with me. I use to work at Donald's in La Palma Huntington Beach and others in California , I must say that I study and went to lLa Joya in San Diego a week at a time for the MPD Volume 1 , 2, 3 and 4 and you learn everything there is to know on how to run a Mc Donald's from how to talk to employees and consumers to doing your maintenance plan for your equipment and Cleanliness as well as Station Observations Checklist. I must say the last two weeks has been better less rude employees but there is always something broken our a list of items that they are out, can see one item but last night it was 8 items that you were out of. Use your tools to train this employees that corporate offers!! I know it costs money but it is a great investment you will make up that money in loyal recurring customers..I missed...

This location is very clean.
ASHLYN, was amazing. She is the most bubbly person I have ever witnessed working at McDonalds. Very vibrant and helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and helping the customers that were walking in as well. I placed my order with her rather than the kiosk as I was paying cash. She helped me through the entire process from start to finish. They brought the food out to table fast, fresh and 100 percent accurate. (including all drinks, dipping sauces, napkins! )You can’t say that is the norm. To me this has to be the best McDonald’s I have stepped foot in , in my existence. Good job! Highly recommend. If you get a chance to interact with Ashlyn she will give you positive vibes as well as take care of you.
This location is off 41 in the Estero/ South Fort Myers area. Easy to get in and out of. Plenty of parking handy cap accessible.
**Don’t forget the meal deals! Where can you feed one person for under $5-$6 dollars ? It is very affordable and quick fill up for the entire family on a budget.
If you haven’t tried honey dipping sauce on your nuggets, it is a must try!
If you don’t have the McDonalds app you’re missing out. So many coupons and offers that help you save money. Download it for sure. Even if there is no coupon for your purchase you can earn points and then redeem them at a later date once there is enough. (Point system)
Will definitely come back again. They clearly work on higher standards for staff, cleanliness and overall are...
