McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

I’ve been a regular at this McDonald’s location for quite some time, and I must say that the service here is consistently great. They are prompt, friendly, and always eager to assist you. It’s refreshing to be greeted with a smile, especially during those hectic lunch hours.

One thing that truly stands out for me is the accuracy of my orders. I can’t recall a single instance where they got my meal wrong. It’s a relief to know that when I order a specific burger or customize my meal, it will be prepared just the way I like it. Kudos to the kitchen staff for their attention to detail.

However, my only gripe lately has been the construction happening around the restaurant. It’s been ongoing for some time now, and it can be quite a hassle. The noise and the limited parking space can be a bit annoying, especially during busy times. I hope they wrap up the construction soon, so we can enjoy our meals in a more peaceful environment.

I recently placed a $45 order at the McDonald's on NW 186th St in Hialeah. Upon arrival home, I found 3 underfilled large fries and my entire order of chicken nuggets missing. When I returned to the restaurant to address the issue, I was met with unacceptable customer service. They refused to refund for the underfilled fries, stating I needed to return them, and only offered to replace the missing nuggets. Given the inconvenience of returning and the overall unsatisfactory experience, I requested a partial refund. My concerns were not taken seriously.

While I understand this is simply a McDonald's, we need to start demanding higher standards of customer service in South Florida. This experience exemplified a complete lack of customer focus. This mcdoanlds is the most unprofessional McDonalds I have ever purchased a meal from. I ordered three sausage breakfast burritos and they were so old the tortillas literally snapped and even the cheese inside was burned in all three of them. I called and spoke to a man anger and she said come in anytime to replace she can find my receipt on the record. I called back two days later to verify I can pick up and a new manager on duty made it impossible and even told me to call back she is busy with customers.
