Subject: Urgent Request to Bring Back Discontinued Cookie Butter Flavor
Dear Twisty Treat Management,
I am writing to express my profound concern and utter disappointment over the recent discontinuation of the much-beloved cookie butter flavor at Twisty Treat. As a loyal customer and an advocate for your brand, I must emphasize the importance of this flavor to your clientele, particularly the younger generation.
Over the years, Twisty Treat has been a symbol of joy and togetherness for families and communities alike. Your ice cream flavors and treats have a unique ability to bring people together, eliciting smiles from every age group. The cookie butter flavor, in particular, has played a significant role in the happiness of countless children. Its rich, buttery taste with a hint of cinnamon and spices has been a favorite among the little ones, and its absence from your menu has left them disheartened.
Children are the lifeblood of our future, and their happiness should be our top priority. By discontinuing the cookie butter flavor, you have inadvertently robbed them of one of life's simple pleasures. The joy and comfort that a scoop of cookie butter ice cream brings to a child's face is unmatched, and as responsible adults, we must strive to preserve these small yet cherished moments in their lives.
I implore you to reconsider your decision and bring back the cookie butter flavor with immediate effect. Not only will this decision benefit the children and their families, but it will also bolster Twisty Treat's reputation as a company that genuinely cares about its customers and their preferences. Furthermore, reinstating the flavor will demonstrate that you are responsive to feedback and that you are willing to take concrete steps to cater to the desires of your clientele.
In closing, I wish to remind you of the power you hold to spread joy and happiness, especially among the youngest members of our community. By bringing back the cookie butter flavor, you have the opportunity to reaffirm your commitment to your customers and create a lasting, positive impact on countless lives.
I look forward to your prompt and positive response to this urgent matter.
Sincerely,
Yaggi

Read moreI got a small twist chocolate and peanut butter ice cream on a small cake cone, I was asked if I'd like toppings. I said sure can you dip it in hard shell,...yes I can do that...second cone was a large in a waffle no toppings and 1 small shake. We got the order: 1. The shake was made wrong wich was corrected once she realized it was ordered correctly. 2. Small cone was melting at the speed of light, through every little opening in the hard shell...imagine a watering can. I was told when I asked for a replacement, "I would have never let you order that in a cake cone" .(I am assuming this was manager or owner). I repeated the above order and stated that I was asked about toppings and was never redirected to order this in a waffle bowl because it shouldn't have been made in a cake cone. I am not the employee! That was thier responsibility to know what they can put thier product in. Meanwhile my husband gets his no topping large in a waffle cone and it was leaking just as bad if not worse than mine was. The excuse was it was too windy. So first it was my fault for ordering wrong and now it was the winds fault. I have Never heard of wind being the cause of ice cream cream melting at light speed. It was so horrendous that another couple looked at our order and the rediculous line and decided to save their money and walked away. I wished I knew what we were in for before ordering also! This experience and the 11.oo spent just reaffirmed why I will...
Read moreI have been going here for years and always getting the same flavor, German chocolate. Tonight my family and I went and spent about $15 for 3 ice creams. We again all got German chocolate. About half way through I noticed the whole bottom of my ice cream was complete syrup. I went to ask for some extra vanilla ice cream and showed the employee the syrup. She did not seem to care and gave me a bit of vanilla. As I begin to stir it there was so much syrup that my ice cream turned black (usually a light tan color). My mother’s ice cream was the same. At this point I was done, it was not edible. I went back to the window to show the employee the three ice creams. All the same but completely different in colors. She got extremely defensive telling me they start as vanilla and add syrup. Which I understand from coming so many times throughout the year but have never had it like this. Then she begin to argue they were different sizes. I told her no worries I didn’t want another and I would leave a review. At this point she offered to make another,as annoyed as she seemed this wasn’t an option for me. Then she slammed the window.Mistakes happen but customer service is everything. $15 in the trash. I will drive a bit farther to the next twistee treat and skip this...
