ONIKU HIBACHI — Restaurant in Florida

I feel absolutely gypped. I ordered a poke bowl. I paid an extra $3.50 for meat, then an extra 2.50 for masago. They put half the expected amount of meat and less than half a teaspoon of masago on my entire bowl! 3/4 of my bowl was WHITE RICE! When I pay $20+ for a poke bowl, I expect more than a 1/4 c of grilled chicken and more than a half teaspoon of masago! seaweed salad is always good, but they put so little of anything other than rice it was hard to enjoy. i ended up eating the “topping” stuff and throwing out the rest of the rice because who wants to eat 2 cups of white rice with nothing along? Ridiculous. After 3 years of ordering at least 1 time every 2 months, we will...

I called to make an order Saturday 10/24/2020 at 6pm, when I went to pick up she never took my order over the phone, 10 people were outside complaining about their orders being wrong or delayed, I wait for ONE hour at the door and when the girl gave me the order it was WRONG!!...She kept touching money bills, credit cards and without washing her hands we all could see her going to the kitchen manipulating food...Totally unacceptable...Oniku should start thinking on keeping their customers safe and hire professional employees that care...There are many local restaurants to support in these hard times if Oniku doesn't care about treating customers...

Serendipitous location, delicious fresh food, price is a bit high however the quality of food and friendly staff is well worth it! Portions were a bit small for a to-go order in my opinion, however it’s was top-rate quality food! The young lady at the front counter was very friendly and knowledgeable, made great recommendations, even went beyond her scope of duties and helped a lost phone find its owner. Wonderful service, a rare sight in the service industry nowadays, I was impressed and satisfied with this location, definitely recommending all my friends, family and co-workers! Keep up...
