I placed an order tonight, online through Bennys website using grub hub at 4:36 pm. Got an email and text confirmation on when it would be ready. Paid almost $70 with a credit card when ordered. I arrived at the store around 5:15 to pick up. The young girl at the counter says there is no order with my name. I get my phone out and show her the order number with what was ordered… she pulls out a tablet from under the counter and says “oops our grub hub tablet has been shut off. We didn’t get the order” She then proceeds to go talk to the “manager” Michelle who was making food in the back. Michelle comes out with a nasty ass attitude stating that they never received the order and it’s going to be 45 mins to an hour to make because they just received an order for 8 pizzas. 🙄 I try explaining to her that I ordered almost 45 mins ago and I can not wait any longer. She then proceeded to tell me there is nothing she can do about it and it is what it is. No apology, no rush to make it right… just a ridiculous attitude. I understand stuff happens but the rudeness of this manager was uncalled for and extremely unprofessional. I hope the owner is aware that his staff and manager apparently don’t care about losing business because they did absolutely nothing to make it right or keep me as a customer. Read moreI don't give reviews. Actually, this is my first and its a bad one. Two experiences with them and thats all for me. My neighbor and I tried their five dollar pizza on a wednesday. Its worth 5 bucks. Not a penny more. But so is a little ceasars... so is a tombstone frozen pizza. Not very good quality. I'd rather have a tombstone to be honest. A few weeks later, the sub i ordered cost $6.50 and it was very light. Poor quality. I've paid the same at other places for the same sandwich and they have 2 or 3 times more meat on it. Not worth it at all here. The Fries are shoestring fries. $2.65 or something like that. Other than McDonalds, who wants shoestring fries? They are cheap frozen potatoes.. very thin and no quality.. As i was eating their food, I was already saying to myself that i'm not going here anymore when i found a crispy bug in my french fries. Now i'm talking to myself again... "Let it go and throw the food away or go back? Well i wanted my 10 bucks back so i can get some chinese so that's what i did. (I was hungry). I asked for the boss and the girl at the desk said they are not here. When I told her that there's a bug in my fries she said "are you serious?".. After a few dumb questions she refunded me. Read moreI usually Love this pizza place but tonight I ordered a cheese pizza for my kids and a mushroom pizza for myself..my daughter went to take a bite of her cheese pizza and found a fly baked into it. When I called and told them they told me that was impossible it was probably a mushroom. As I was staring at bugs legs sticking straight out of my chest pizza I again stated it was clearly a bug. The manager not once apologized. Not once tried to make it right. I had to leave my kids at home and drive to the store to show them. And the manager again tried to tell me it was a mushroom. I asked if he ever saw a mushroom with legs. Finally one of the other workers agreed it was a big. The manager then proceeded to tell me how impossible it was. But yet a big was still baked into my pizza. The way he handled this situation was horrible customer service. And to top it all off they tried to tell me they were only going to reimburse me for the mushroom pizza! The bug wasnt even on the mushroom. We ate non of what we ordered for fear of what might be in it if they cared so little. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED . The manager should not be a manager I hope the owner reads these so he knows what kind of people are working there. I will post pic of my bug pizza...
