Panda World — Restaurant in Florida

I have been a Panda World customer for the past 10 years. I used to come here often and the food was good, restaurant was fairly clean and I was all around happy. A couple of years or so has gone by and my return finds this place like it has had heroin squatters living in it. 100% without a doubt the most disgusting bathroom and restaurant I have been in, in my entire life and believe me i've seen some deusies. Against my instincts to run before I caught a ringworm or some other virus that thrives in dirt, I decided to go ahead and get the sweet and sour chicken. (An old favorite). If I didn't physically look to make sure it was chicken, you could have convinced me I was eating breaded tire. The eggroll looked and tasted like it was fried sometime in the mid 90's. The rice was dried and clumped with concrete peas. Literally the only thing that tasted good was the sweet and sour sauce. I'm saddened that this once great establishment has decided to wallow in its own filth and provide its customers with food that the hungriest of dogs could't scarf down. If you want tasty Chinese food, go to Perrys in lakeland square...

I will never go here again. If I could give negative stars for a rating I would. Myself and my friends I work with were regular customers here, at least twice a week. Until, I had a very bad experience with whom I believe was the owner or manager of the place. First I got the wrong order, I ordered shrimp and got chicken. When I took it back within 10 mins of getting it. He was very very rude. He took the box of food I had brought back and threw it behind the counter, as he proceeded to lecture me , and that I was wrong and did not order shrimp. ( I thought in retail or food service the customer is always right). The restaurant made a mistake not me. When I first picked up my order, I paid for the meal (the wrong order). Later when looking at my bank account online, I noticed that he had changed the amount from one meal to TWO!!. SO, I PAID FOR 2 MEALS, AND ONLY GOT ONE. what a terrible way to treat a customer that goes to his restaurant regularly, and it was their mistake with the order, NOT MINE!! Never again, and that includes my friends, who also would eat there about twice a week. The worst customer...

I used to get delivery from here all the time but when the delivery time blew up to over 2 hours, I just stopped ordering. I eventually forgot about them until recently while googling restruants open past 9pm near me and they popped up After checking out the menu on line,I I called in my order for k8 beef and broccoli(it comes with an egg roll and pork fried rice). I was quoted 15 minutes for pickup and it was ready when I got there. Just let me say this.. I forgot how TASTY their beef and broccoli is. The beef is tender and broccoli is firm but not too hard the egg roll is, omg yum, crisp shell crunchy insides and not saturated in grease. The pork fried rice is moist with plenty of flavor, not hard or dry like I'd been getting from the mall. For $9.10 w/tax, there's enough food for 2 meals and well worth the extra dollar might save if I hit the drive through at some burger place. I definitely recommend...
