The End Zone Family Restaurant and Sports Bar — Restaurant in Florida

I took my family of 6 to this restaurant Wednesday night. I've never had any issues out of this place the past couple times going until this night. My son ordered a cheese quesadilla, my other son got the 5 boneless wings, my mother & I got the $16 platter of pick 4, my fiancé got chicken tacos &, my daughter got chicken tender meal & I also asked for a order of their $1.29 wings which I ordered 5, our food came it wasn't fresh besides my fried fish & my fried mushrooms those were good. Then I asked for my extra 5 wings & she brought boneless instead which literally looked to be quarter size chicken bites nothing but breading I asked for where the wings was she said that she put them in as boneless (not a big deal but not what I asked) well she just then walked away so I got the other servers attention & as my server seen us speaking to the other one she came back & I told her she must have misunderstood but I wanted bone in wings as ordered. Anyways.... my sons quesadilla was just a tiny soft shell with just cheese he wouldn't even touch it after taking one bite saying it was disgusting well then I tried my food & it was cold & gross to the point it made me sick eating I told her I didn't want anything remade for me. My fiancés food he ate a piece of chicken out the taco & was very disappointed said it also was terrible my mom getting the same as I did said hers was cold as well my daughters fries tasted like they've been cooked with old grease but will say the chicken tenders was fresh. As it was time to get around to getting the check the serve came around I told her how disappointed we all was with the food as she could clearly see it on our plates still full & said she would speak to someone left come back with 20% off the $100 bill she said she wasn't able to do anymore, so I paid & asked for box Togo for what foods I didn't have issues with then the serve mentioned if we had animals to take the food to feed to them because it was getting tossed in the trash anyways so I boxed up what I thought my dogs & cats would eat which was the meat of what was ordered but still left 4 plates full of food. Contacted people for 2 days about this issues, then tonight the owner calls me with a disgusting attitude calling me a liar & hardly would let me explain my issues to see if she could resolve them, but unfortunately she could careless about the ones that keep her company going. Told me the best she will do is $20 gift card I responded I'd never return but I also spent $75 on food that went right to the garbage besides what I was told to take with me for my pets & the couple things I said was good I told her I didn't mind paying for the items that wasn't an issue & our drinks she still proceeds to have a terrible attitude & told me again I was a liar her server didn't tell me that which I've got 2 adult witnesses that was right in front of the girl that will admit to it also. I'm not by any means trying to bash this place because no one's 10000% all the time but with the disrespectful attitude when trying to address my concerns of her business was very unprofessional & could see she's all about the money. Once leaving I had to go buy all of us another meal because no one ate so all in all $130 night. So if you would like to toss money in the garbage or support someone who only cares about the money you make her this is your place but for us we will never return nor recommend anyone to this place...

We went to try this place this evening. It's was not the worst experience we have ever had but it was pretty close. Our server was Brittany and she was not the best. This was our first time there and definitely our last. When we got there it was pretty swamped and coming from a waitress background I get it. We didn't realize it was wing night so it was extra busy. It took her a little time to get to the table which was not a big deal. Then when she brought us back some waters we ordered and I explained to her it was our first time here and I saw something on the menu online that they didn't have so she worked it out so I could get what I wanted. However that does not reflect well on the restaurant to not have the website updated. After getting our appetizer(chips and queso) we still did not get our beers. The waitress then took another table with customers she knew because she was playing with the baby. She then takes the baby behind the bar to check on something. We still have not recieved our beers at this point. She comes back gives the baby back and is inviting the table to her house for Sunday Funday at her house. Then goes to another table and continues to chat with then about her tattoos. A food carrier comes out with our food now at this point and we still did not get our beer. So I told the girl that we did not get our beer. She said she would get them for us. Brittany did not come to check on us until after we started eating our food. She did finally bring us our beer when we were eating our dinner. She continued to conversate with the other tables around us. Just as a first impression the service was not great. The staff then began to argue about tables and such and it was just really uncomfortable. We paid $35 for 2 burgers chips and queso and 2 beers. To us this was not worth the trip. My husband and I finally decided to call the manager Kristen and she refunded us our money and we are grateful for that. We will not go back and it's a shame because the food wasn't horrible and I was going to order desert and had a bad day at work(retail manager)so all I wanted to do was go out and relax and have a couple of drinks and enjoy ourselves. Went last night for the all you can eat fish fry. Lots of servers milling about, but a long line of customers waiting on tables. Lots of unbussed tables, and it looked like severs were having to buss their own tables. I had to sit at a high top by bar to avoid a long wait. It didn't help, as it still took forever to get waited on. The fish was excellent, as normal, but they had no tartar sauce?!? Who has a fish fry without tartar sauce...and with an open Walmart right next door? The bartender was assigned our table, but the other high tops had an actual server. So, service was slower than usual as she also had a full bar. I watched around the restaurant as parties left, but the table wouldn't get cleared for ten or 15 minutes, as waiting customers stood by the door watching. Some if the tables got cleared, only for the dirty dishes to be deposited on one large round table, where they stayed the whole time I was there. There were also 2 uncleared high top tables by the bar that were there when I got there and was still there when I left, over an hour later. One thing I noticed, it seems the servers were bussing their own tables, and not using a tub to carry dishes in, instead, balancing the plates and glasses, thereby limiting the amount of dishes carried at on time. It seems as though a dedicated buss person, using a cart or tub, would clear tables and help get waiting guests seated quicker.
