Been there twice. First I'm sitting there in the area for pickup only to find out there's is no one coming with pizza. Had to park, go inside to ask why no one came out. My was oh, we longer do curbside pickup. Well please state that on your websites. . The second time I placed a delivery order and included a $5 tip in the total price for the food. After checking out the details were for pickup. I tried calling numerous times. I finally realized no one was going to pickup the phone. I drove up the street and picked up my food. I explained to a worker that I ordered delivery and included a delivery tip, but since I had to pickup the food could I get back my tip. He decided to walk around doing nothing for about 5 minutes. I got his attention again and asked for my order. He asked for my name a second time. I gave it to him, gave me my order and walked away. I got his attention again and reminded him that I wanted my tip back. He messed around with the register for a minute and said " were really busy right now, can you come back? I said no. He walked away. I was not happy at all at that point. I said in a really loud manner "I'm not going anywhere until you put my money back on my card". Finally, the young man who was on the phone the whole fifteen minutes or so that I was in the store came over to me and whispered "the assistant manager is coming from the back to help you". The assistant manager also used the excuse that "we're super busy " as well. I shouldn't have been put through that at all. If a store is to busy to swipe a card to refund any amount of money, ridiculous. My food was completely cold when I got homeđĄđĄđĄ. I'm done...
   Read moreI went to the store on 06/18/2020 and ordered a large pizza and garlic butter sauce. When I got home I noticed That the bottle of the pizza box was soaking wet and dripping an oily Substance. I opened the box and noticed that an entire container of garlic butter sauce was opened and looked like it was dumped in the pizza. I also noticed that all the garlic butter sauce containers were laying on top of the pizza. This brings up multiple concerns, especially since there is a virus going around that can pass from object to object. I contacted the store and spoke with the manager who said that he would make another pizza for me and they guaranteed that they were following all of the requirements for proper hygiene and safety precautions. I drive back to the store where no one greeted me, there were two people outback and 4 in the store, when I entered two of them turned their backs to me and did not assist me. I had to flag someone down to get assistance, mind you no other customers were in the store at this time. Since the manager had promised me that they were following proper safety precautions I noticed a few concerning factors, no one was using gloves, no one had face masks or hair nets on, utensils were being handled and then the employees were touching peoples boxes, sauce containers (that were then put in the pizza boxes to sit with the food).    Read morePaid for and ordered online for delivery. Watched the tracking, waited outside, order never delivered but tracker said delivered. Called the store and explained the situation. The employee on the phone could care less. She kept saying the driver said he delivered it, left it on the front porch, and called. I kept telling her that it was not delivered to my house. If it was delivered the driver went to the wrong address. After repeating this several times, I asked what color was the house. The driver told her burgundy with a long driveway. My house is green, totally fence, and did not have a long driveway. I asked to speak to the manager. I was placed on hold and the same employee came back saying again the driver said it was delivered. I asked if I am supposed to get in my car and look for a burgundy house with a long driveway to pick up my food. She said she would talk to her manager. I told her I would come to the store. I went in with pictures of my house and was met with a blank stare. The manager came over to assist. I explained I only want what I paid for. She offered to make the order for me while I waited. I didn't get compensation for the delivery tip that I left. The manager seemed nice, but the employee working the front had headphones on, was on her phone, and was not interested in assisting me in finding a resolution. I was treated like a liar.
