Placed an order tonight before heading back to our room and the employee who took our order and card info over the phone said it would take 30-45 minutes for delivery. After we hung up we realized that our name and number was never asked for only our room number and confirmed the resorts address. After an hour of waiting I call back and the manager George who answered the phone said, âoh yeah the driver called you when he tried to deliver and since you didnât answer he came back.â I assured him we did not receive a call and he pretty much called me a liar and said he saw the drivers call log but still was unable to confirm my number. I told him again that the employee who took my order never asked for name or number and he said, âwell we canât take an order without a name and number,â again calling me a liar. So here we are charged for an order that was taken with no name and number, we had to get a pizza ordered from another joint that has it together and then had to deal with that manager. If I was the general manager or owner of the store I would be ticked off knowing my business is being ran with such horrible customer service.

I was told my pizza was currently waiting for a driver and it would be another 35plus minutes. Now Iâm fine with waiting and I understand that places can be understaffed, but this means that my pizza has been sitting on a counter for 20plus minutes already. So essentially by the time I get my pizza it will have been sitting for at least 50minutes in a damp box. I ordered this with papa points which I was told that if they voided the order they werenât sure what would happen to them. So my options were to lose my papa points, get an old pizza, or wait another hour for them to make a new pizza. Why make the pizza if you donât have a driver?! I would have much rather gotten a call or notification that they were holding off on making my order until they have a driver. Like I said, I donât mind waiting for my pizza as long as Iâm going to get a fresh pizza. The person I spoke with on the phone was zero help at all. At 9:20 pm I realized the pizza wasnât delivered. Called this location, asked where was the delivery because itâs been an hour. The guy asked for my zip code & the name on the order. After about 5 mins of holding he comes back to the line to sayâ that order was voided, youâre out of the delivery rangeâ. âOkay, sooo no one thought to call me to say it wasnât coming ? â.. â we forgot.â....I asked to speak with a manager.. he says âokayâ then disconnects the call. I called back asked him again to speak with the manager. He places the call on hold, manager(Joan) I think she said. I asked her to repeat & spell but she refused & asked why I needed the information. I explained to her that I would be making a complaint for the poor customer service.
