Had an appointment set up for 11:30 in FL. I showed up at 10:30 when the studio was empty and asked if we could bump up our time and was told no, not an issue. Came back at 11:25 and checked in with my party and was told we would be taken back for our photo shoot within the next 10 minutes. 20 minutes pass and we went to ask where we were in the line. Told 10 more minutes. Again waited another 20 minutes and asked again. We explain that itâs been 40 minutes and the blonde lady we were dealing with kept stating she wasnât aware even though she was the one we were talking to. 3 customer service members then decided they didnât want to hear anymore and left while we were still talking. Waited another 5 and asked for our voucher back, and didnât know until we went to guest services that they just threw some random card at us with someone elseâs information. The photo they give you for your package is one you can take in hogsmeade at the park, which we had already done that day. No choice for a better shot, a reshoot or a different background. The photo quality isn't professional. They waste your time taking all these different videos and photos and then don't even present them as options to view or purchase. They tell you to make dumb expressions and turn your back to the camera so most of the shots are awful. The entire experience is rushed, disorganized and overpriced. I wish I could get my money and moreso my time back. Just skip it and ask someone to take a shot of your family with your phone in front of the train at Islands of Adventure...

I stopped into Shutterbutton the next day and told them I never received the email. They took my email again and said they would resend. The next morning I still never received the email and I stopped in again and they gave me the email to customer service to have them send again.
