Placed an online order, received confirmation order was complete and ready for pickup. Got to the restaurant only to be told that there was no order and it was canceled. I explained that the order was not showing as canceled and the money was charged to my account. The lady Mona refused to speak with us and just held her hands up that if there was no ticket, she was told by her son not to make the food. There was another young lady that quietly spoke to us and told us that we were 100% correct and they constantly have a problem with Mona canceling orders that she does not want to fix or gets confused by. Listen man I live in Rockledge and there aren’t many Restaurant options. Mostly fast food and pizza delivery.. I was hesitant to order from this place, but had to take the risk of trying to get some good food. I DoorDash the food and as soon as I smelled it I got hopeful. Opened the container and the look of the food was on point. Ultimately the only thing that mattered is how the food tasted. First bite and my buds are bouncing. I’m like it can’t be that I got ahold of some GOOD food. I had to further investigate and I googled Pete’s Kitchen. I saw where they were located and everything clicked. Fried Chicken Salad is just lettuce and shredded cheese. Ranch is weird and gelatinous. Needs Croutons, tomato, onion and better dressing

RESPONSE TO OWNER: There is no option to do so when ordering online. It is advertised to ALREADY have everything on it and NO OPTION to customize beyond cheese or no cheese. So either automatically include everything that should be on it OR update menu options with DoorDash to be functional. But no matter what you do change that dressing...
