Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Florida

It's 11:16pm they gave me the wrong order. I called to let them know about the order a guy answered and put me on hold. So while on hold I came back to the location and see the two guys standing by the phone leaving me on hold. The two men seen me at the window and walked away. I was standing outside there window calling for the guy to come back and he didn't return. I'm knocking at the window, I even called there phone again so he can walk by the window to see me standing there, he never answered the phone. Another customer came for there order and also had to knock on the window several time to get this guy attention. Finally when he did come to the window his customer service was horrible. He didn't apologize for leaving me at the window and didn't have a good tone with me. I'm sorry but they really need to find someone who care...

Bad customer service waited 2hrs for my order only order a medium pizza for delivery then sent a driver that didn’t speak any English and ended up getting lost stand outside for 2hrs trying to direct him to where I was he never showed up kept calling the store they would answer then hang up finally got through to someone and was told the driver was there my order had to be canceled because they didn’t have any other driver and the driver that they sent said he wasn’t coming back because he been around in a circle 5times trying to find me I’m very disappointed in this restaurant I always have a problem with them every time I...

The worst experience ever. I would not order here again. I placed an order and call them an hour and 15 mins after I place the order. It said it was out for delivery and I never received the order.

I call to ask and they place me on hold the call drops. I call again asking about my order they place me on hold. I call again asking for the manager they place me on hold.

The system asks whether it’s an existing or new order. If I say it’s an existing it drops the call after 10 minutes. I call saying it’s a new order and they answer quickly then tell me hold please.
