Churrasco al Carbón MDN — Restaurant in Homestead

My family and I came to this place expecting good food knowing it's a food truck, most of the time food trucks always have great quality food. We ordered a "3 LB tabla" which is a little variety of everything including 2 sides, no joke, the only good thing was the fries expecting this to be Brazilian owned, wouldn't you guess? There's a cubaton playing and they were Cubans working, not Brazilians. The meat was very dry, we ordered it medium rare, they cooked it so well I needed a drink to wash it down. The rice was poor quality, everything was just bad. The service was okay, but all they had to say was "Sorry sir." Well, sorry, but that's not going to cut it, especially since we're spending 100 dollars. Everything is good. I won't make that mistake again. The flies were also unbearable....

Crítica constructiva: es un negocio que no tiene muy claro su concepto, para ser comida rápida el tiempo de espera desde que pides hasta que te entregan la comida son de una hora treinta minutos, y no es porque tenga mucho volumen de persona porque cuando he estado allí que han sido dos veces no hay más de 5 personas esperando comida, el DUEÑO es un falta de respeto que trata a las personas con grosería y a gritos, las veces que he ido alguno que otro cliente le ha dicho que ya lleva esperando mucho tiempo y el de mala manera le ha dicho que si le da la gana que se vaya que él le devuelve el dinero, no es un señor pensante que se pone en el lugar del cliente, en cuanto al sabor de la comida no es el mejor pero tampoco el peor, en cuanto a precio: es un servicio totalmente costoso para lo que ofrece, si pides una libra de carne o de pollo te entrega muchísimo menos de media libra y cuando le haces la observación te dice que él pesa la comida antes de cocinarla lo cual ya ahí está prácticamente estafando al consumidor porque el consumidor cuando va a esos sitios y compra “1LIBRA” es una libra ya cocinada no una libra en crudo para después ser cocinada, no tiene ningún tipo de ética ya que el espera para vender para comenzar a pesar y cocinar para finalmente entregarte mucho menos de lo que pediste, el precio por persona para comer aquí son de entre 30$ a 45$ por persona es decir no es un lugar barato y rápido y para lo que ofrece es preferible poner un poco más y ir a comer en TORO LOCO, FOGO DE CHAO, BRAZILIAN ETC, TE APUESTO QUE INCLUSO SALE MÁS BARATO Y RÁPIDO COMER EN ESOS SITIOS QUE IR A ESTE LUGAR. Espero que de alguna u otra manera el dueño deje la soberbia a un lado y su actitud totalmente despreciable y se evalúe para que así pueda corregir sus fallos y no causarle una quiebra...
