American Best Inn — Hotel in Princeton

It’s a shame that I am forced to put a one star on this review. This motel is not even worth one star. It is a motel filled with low life and classless people. Prostitutes staying in there as well as walking the parking lots and sidewalks. Excessive traffic of people walking in coming up to you asking you to either find them drugs or girls and if you happen to be a girl then they would ask you how much you're worth. Constant fighting going on without regard of the time nor if there’s children around. Rooms are filthy with broken sinks, toilets, furniture, etc. The direct tv they have constantly goes out for long periods of times. Women getting beaten by there spouses. Drug dealing going on day and night upstairs causing serious traffic of all kinds of people. People getting high in the parking lot, in the stairway and halls. Needles have even been spotted outside. Where if you have children chances are they could be playing with needles used for shooting up heroin. Not to mention the diseases they might have considering the use for these needles and the location where you ended up. Oh and RATS!!! LOTS AND LOTS OF RATS!!!!!! The infestation of rats and roaches is rediculous. This motel is only good if you are going on search for drugs and $20- $40 prostitutes with a side of std. if you’re on vacation keep driving. If you’re in a situation where you’re homeless or can’t afford a place then your best option would be grab a pillow a blanket a bag of clothes and accommodate yourself under a bridge or at a bus stop. Most of the people that are staying in this motel seem to be in a trance. They have been staying there for months living bad and everyday getting worse with no opportunity of getting out of there. All these reviews are lies‼️‼️‼️‼️ they are very dirty… staff and owner do not care especially the owner all the rooms are full of mold especially the A/C units and bathrooms Chad let his workers smoke in the room while they are cleaning or fixing up, the main office smells like cigarettes cause the manager and his workers smoke cigarettes in the office. At night no one is ever available at the front desk or they put up no vacancies so they don’t have to work. They don’t throw out over soiled rags and towels they just wash them and give you stained towel, blankets,pillow cases,sheets. They don’t clean properly or even use sanitary brooms or mops to clean the room I watch the cleaning staff which is two people who stay here use the same broom they sweep outside floors with clean the a/c filters and I’m pretty sure these people don’t clean properly because they don’t get paid or get paid little to nothing or is offered a room when management...

I been staying here at this hotel for 3 weeks now with my family while we wait for our new home to get ready for us to move in. I am happy and satisfied with the place. Theres three other families here with kids as well. Really nice family oriemted people staying here. My kids play with the other kids in here. So far I havnt seen any bad things where I would feel unsafe or want to lock my kids in the room. The hotel is under new management and hes really nice and caring. I would give this hotel more stars but only allows me to give five. The price is also amazing compared to other hotels and if theres anything Im uncomfortable with or need anything extra to make my stay more enjoyable rhe owner fixes it on the spot.
