The manager was so rude and disrespectful. I called in because the delivery order was wrong. I ordered the works with extra cheese, and a chicken alfredo pizza with chicken wings. The boxes were oiled up and in place of the works pizza they put a cheese, cheese pizza (on the box it says cheese pizza). Now when I called to report the mistake and I was honest to tell them my grand son ate two pieces of the cheese pizza, I didn't recognize that the pizza was wrong...until I looked to get a piece myself. I called imediately to tell them the order was wrong. The manager was very rude...he proceeded to tell me if he makes me the pizza that I originally ordered and paid for he would loose product. So I politely said to him so I spent 66.00 on an alfredo pizza and a cheese pizza that you will not would not replace or correct because of your mess up, because my grandson ate a piece or two from the cheese pizza? So he asked for the cheese pizza back, I said listen it's a pandemic, what are you going to do resale the pizza??????? He replied..Oh well, sorry, I'm not going to do it, he was not apologetic, then he hung up in my face. Just unethical, unjust, unprofessional and definitely a high risk for public saftey. It was their mistake not mine, I called in to report it and as a loyal customer, they should have credited my card back the 48.00 for the pizza and adjusted the amount for the works pizza, and just charged me for the cheese pizza. Clearly on the receipt its has the works and with all the toppings, but on the pizza box it has cheese, cheese, so this pizza was made wrong on purpose. I have all the pictures below. I will send the pictures to corporate. I did record the call and I also have witnesses. They totally messed up my night, ruined my grandsons reward, which is Papa John's pizza the works. Please do not order from here...they are rude, unprofessional and disrespectful to their loyal customers. I order and spend $60 to $70 twice a week from this place. Also, these employees are a hazard to public saftey during this pandemic. I also, will contact the FDA, CDC and the Better Business Bureau. I am waiting to hear back from Corporate and I also did a...
Read moreI live just a mile from this store, but I now drive 9.5 miles to another Papa John’s because the service here is consistently terrible. I’ve had three frustrating experiences that show a clear lack of professionalism and care. I’m not trying to get anyone fired; however, they need serious work when dealing with customers.
Despite repeatedly requesting “no knocking, contactless delivery,” both drivers knocked anyway. One sneezed—open-mouthed—at my door. The other laughed when I reminded him of the note, while my dogs barked nonstop.
When I called to complain both times, the manager was rude and unhelpful. The general manager later offered 50% off and said to contact her directly if any other issues arose—but it seems it can only be at 10 AM, with no direct line. As a teacher, we are actively teaching, making it nearly impossible.
When I tried to redeem the discount, I was put on hold, hung up on, and told the GM couldn’t speak to me. When I asked who was above her, the manager shrugged and said he didn’t know—wouldn’t even look me in the eye. That kind of indifference says it all.
After reading their reviews, it’s clear the bad ones far outweigh the few good ones—which just praise basic job duties. This store needs serious customer service training. In contrast, the Papa John’s 9.5 miles away is respectful, professional, and...
Read moreI visited on April 1, 2023 at 11 AM, I ordered a cheesesteak pizza medium. I waited 20 minutes for the pizza. Traveled back home. I called the store to verify what was on a Philly cheesesteak. Once they told me what the toppings were, I informed them I have a Philly cheesesteak pizza with no steak. The manager at time (Jesus), did not apologize for the mistake told me that I need to bring the pizza back for them to verify and to remake the order. again, with no consideration for the customers time and effort, Jesus said, go ahead and file the complaint. So that’s exactly what I’m doing. By the end of the interaction with Jesus I felt like I was the one working for Papa John’s, but paying them my money to solve my own issue with the service. I concluded my business with Papa John’s. An hour and a half into this ; I ended up with two medium pizza From Domino’s and a savings of $5.
For this store to earn any future business form me, I would like to know what you would have suggested Jesus do to resolve this...
