I'm leaving a 3 star because they did kinda fix my problem... kinda. Had no insurance for 3 months bc I was out of the States because my grandma has cancer... so when I came back to the States I talked to freeway to get insurance and at the start they had a friendly tone until I told them that I didn't want to go with the plan because I wasn't able to open the documents to sign and it felt kinda Sketchy for me so I decided that I didn't want it. The lady who helped me got so angry and told me that I was supposed to be sure I wanted the insurance before I have my my card and she hang the phone on me...... I called back to fix the problem, and apparently, I had to talk to the same lady to fix it. This lady was avoiding me for about 2 months... 2 months calling driving to all the offices that they sent me to, and it just felt like they were avoiding me.... going to thought times, so $270 is a lot for me, and now that I have no job, I need the money, so why do they do this ..... I had to fight with them for so long until I actually got them to help me..... they refunded but I got charged like 50 something bc of 2 days that I had no insurance even tho I never agreed to go with the deal she hang up the phone on me and didn't give me a chance to fix the same day.... very unprofessional ppl working here. They did help me at the end, and apparently, i will get a refund of 100 and something back from 270. I should leave a 2 star review but I won't be that person....because when she saw me scanning the Qr code she started yelling at me karma... do you bealive in karma ???? And btw I'm young and this lady is like 50 - 60 idk..... very unprofessional it was just funny but I wish the best for her.....the best in life and no karma for you..... God...

Read moreI've spent over 2 hours trying to get an accurate quote.. When I finally get one from brian i told him Ill call him back. When I call him back and i try to purchase it.. I got transfered, put on hold, transfered again.. On hold again .. Like what a joke. I never been so annoyed with the lack of service I received .. They transfered me to Anita who gave me a higher quote than Bryan then she hung up on the call. I call again, Now Frank will try to get me a manager cause Frank said he really wanted to help me..Ive been 10 min on hold. Can you believe 2 hrs and 30 min later I still have not purchased the insurance cause of the run around game and im trying to give them my debit card info... And noone seems to know what to do... Its my only day off and this is how my time got waisted.. If you can find a different company go for that cause this experience...
