Ok a few weeks ago I've had the absolute worst Chicken Francese and cheese pizza known! It was delivered right down the road from their location. I mean bad overcooked paper thin chicken that was deep fried with my fried ravioli that was ordered(they tasted the same!) drenched in olive oil no garlic no lemon no seasoning what so ever the hard white over cooked noodles didn't help either. The pizza sauce was watery and flavorless. So I called them to let them know that this was not right and I explained what I received for food and then I hung up well a nice lady called me back and said she wanted to make it right because the Francese was her favorite and she was going to see what happened. She offered a full refund my bill was around 45.00 plus tip but but I paid cash so she said I'll give you a 40.00 credit for the food it's in our system. Because part of my total was a delivery fee and taxes ect. I was perfectly fine with that and we ended our phone conversation on good terms. Well I just tried to order the same order and I confirmed with the woman on the phone about my credit and she looked it up and said Yes you have the 40.00 and that it was her sister who authorized the credit so I ordered the same switching out the friend ravioli for mozzarella sticks in stead because I didn't care for the ravioli (mozzarella was $1.00 cheaper anyway) everything was ok. Well she had to ask someone to swap the order to a delivery order in their system and then some dude in the background said "credit only for the Francese" and then the woman got back on the line and said they are only letting me have the Francese for the 40.00 credit. This isn't cool at all. And I don't want any credit at all from this C- Grade Soup kitchen I rather leave this review so people can understand what they are getting into. Over cooked deep fried Francese that is prepared incorrectly. With 1/2 gal of "olive oil"( most likely canola oil mixed with low grade olive oil) and over cooked pasta(I even tried to order a different style of pasta they offered the 2nd time around because how bad the spaghetti was previously) watery tomato paste flavorless pizza sauce (same sauce goes for the fried ravioli dipping sauce) don't wast your money here you will be disappointed. And to go back on an offer the manager made to make things right after confirming before ordering a 2nd time that the credit was in their system is just bad all the...
Read moreOrdered online and given a time frame to pick up. I showed up a little early and it was obvious that the restaurant could not handle Friday night crowd or orders, whether it be inside the restaurant or pick up. The two extremely overweight waitresses didn't ask me why I was there or addressed me in any way. I literally just sat ther while five or six other people waiting for their pickup orders sat there waiting as well. One of the two extremely large waitresses were obviously perturbed at all of the business they were getting and answering the phone with attitude and even throwing the phone down on counter while her bad attitude poisoned the entire environment. I was addressed briefly by the bald headed guy making the pizza. He told me 2 minutes and he was working on it now. An hour later I finally got my order. The pizza was awful literally barely any tomato sauce and the cheese didn't come anywhere near the outside of the crust so basically it was a crust pizza with a little bit of condiments on it.no garlic or Italian seasoning whatsoever on the pizza and basically tasted like I was eating bread and cheese. Not a pizza. The bad attitude and the disastrous employees at this location will never get my business ever again. It was my first time ordering from this Roma location, since I just moved to the area and it will be my last time. Avoid this restaurant at all cost. There are literally pizza places on every corner in the Stuart and Palm City area, pick somewhere else other than this place if you want to get your money's worth. I spent $25 for a 12-in pizza and meatball sub that they couldn't get out while I sat there unaddressed and unserved. If you are the owner of this location you need to fire everybody...
Read moreRoma's Pizza has become our cherished weekly tradition - the quintessential mom-and-pop place that feels more like visiting family than just grabbing a meal. The prices won't break the bank, which makes it perfect for regular visits. What really sets Roma's apart, though, is how the staff remembers your name and order - they've truly become like extended family over time. Their pizza is consistently delicious, with that perfect balance of cheese, sauce and crust that keeps us coming back. The stuffed ravioli deserves special mention - it's my absolute favorite item on the menu, bursting with flavor in every bite. And let's not forget about their beverages - they somehow manage to serve the coldest beer in town, which pairs perfectly with their Italian comfort food. By supporting Roma's, we're not just enjoying great food - we're helping sustain a local business that adds character to our community. It's the kind of authentic dining experience that chain restaurants simply can't replicate. If you're looking for affordable, delicious Italian food served with genuine warmth, Roma's Pizza deserves...
