This review is for a Ring Employee, not sure what branch, but close by to Ona, FL
04/05/2022 On my way back from Brooksville, Fl on my 2013 Harley I began to encounter numerous motor shutdowns forcing me to coast to the side of the road. I made it 90 miles out of a needed 170 mile trip home. Now stuck on Salomon Rd in Ona, Fl which is pretty much 40 miles from everywhere, with no shade, temps over 90, no food, no water, waiting for a friend from Fort Myers, FL with a trailer to bring me home. After about 2hrs a Ring Power work vehicle stop to see if I needed help. I said help was coming, then asked if he had any water. He said yes and went to his cooler and grabbed two iced waters and wished me luck. After another hour or so a different a pick-up approached and out stepped the same man. This time he had his wife make me sandwiches with a coke and let me sit in the a/c of the truck to eat this much needed meal. We sat and talked till my friends with the trailer arrived about 40 minutes later, then he helped push the 1000 lb. bike onto the trailer. Just when you think there are no good people left in this country an angel arrives to restore your faith in humanity. At the age of 73, I really was in trouble and approaching severe heat stroke. The water, food, a/c and kindness from Jake and his wife was a godsend. I canāt thank Jake and his wife enough for their help and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst customer service ever. I am trying to buy parts for my job and no listening skills. Even another customer said horable customer serivice. Been in three straight days and the first person I dealt with was rude and complained for the first two days(female) and last day the middle guy, I canāt understand what he was saying and then didnāt want to listen to me. My job buys parts all the time here. We get tax exempt because we are military and when I said that they looked at me like I am crazy. I had my coworker talk to parts counter and my coworker couldntā understand him. Of course I am on the phone with a coworker explaining whatās going on and he couldnāt believe it either. Then I got the Part counter guy talk to my coworker and my coworker didnāt understand him! Been waiting for 20 minutes to get my parts. Also didnāt even offer to help and didnāt even look or acknowledge me when he brought the parts in. Or even when I brought the cart back in! Miguel and France are completely rude people donāt want to work with them ever again. Parts Counter need to take courses of how to listen and talk to customers or something. I was expected higher...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTheir facility is very nice, organized and spacious. They have machines on site, parts dept and a service dept. I mainly come for parts for an old 2005 peterbilt that has a catepillar C13 engine. Iāve been on more than a few occasions to get parts and sometimes it is very slow to get service but they are always busy. It helps if you know your part numbers, engine serial number and arrangement as well as the truck serial number. They will help you look up the part if you donāt know it. They have diagrams on their computer of your engine so you can see what you are buying before they pull the parts for you. Overall Iāve not had a bad experience, but Iām patient and understand that Iām gonna need to spend 1hr+ getting parts from them and the assistance I need. If I were to gripe about anything the speed of getting parts could be faster. The guys are always helpful, just understand they are human too and help a lot of people throughout the day. Give āem a little slack, they are much nicer if you are...
