I've been ordering in and eating out here for 2 years. At first it was amazing, then some dishes were lacking flavors. I've had the delivery driver forget my drinks 2x. And today I was just very upset. I ordered a personal pie with mushrooms, sausage, pepperoni and extra cheese as well as their garlic rolls. I was very upset that my crust was not crispy at all. I literally had to put my pizza in the airfryer so I can get that nice crisp pizza crust you're suppose to get. They're definetly skimming on the ingredients because anytime I'd order anything on top it was loaded and now it had some here and there but nothing crazy. The garlic rolls were so dry and just went to the trash. What was suppose to be a nice dinner turned out to more work. I might as well have cooked myself at this point. Looks like I'll be looking for a new go to spot :(
Update 2/17/21 - everyone deserves a second chance right? With that being said I have been dining in and ordering out from here since I moved to FL from NY; closest I personally found to NY style pizza. Although my recent delivery wasn't the best I have decided to give them another chance. My kids love the penne alla vodka from here amd that's exactly what we have ordered. It was delivered fairly quick and was still nice and hot. The rolls were nice, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Not sure what happened last time but we all have bad days right? The restaurant is beautiful, calm, a small sanctuary well located and has a welcoming atmosphere. My husband usually orders food from here, and we decided to have dinner there for the first time, me with our 4-year-old daughter. Unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing due to the way we were treated by the waitress Elena S.
From the beginning there was confusion and a total lack of professionalism. I was being served by one person, when the other simply interrupted me. I ordered a cappuccino, which came as a simple espresso. My order was interrupted several times, and the simple request to change a cheese pizza that Elena suggested, without waiting for me to finish my order, to half Portuguese and half cheese (paying the full price), was met with impatience, rudeness, and no empathy. Instead of communicating clearly, Elena became defensive, distorted the facts for the owner, and made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected. As someone who has worked in customer service, I know that kindness and listening are the soul of good service. What happened today wasn't a misunderstanding, it was a lack of respect.
To the owner: your restaurant has great potential and a wonderful atmosphere. But service like this dims any shine.

Read moreWe've ordered delivery from these guys 20-25 times a year for the past 4 or 5 years. It's usually been good and consistent, with a few screw ups along the way. But it wasusually fair for the price paid.
Tonight was deplorable. Delivered on time, but without one of the bags of food. We called, and had to give our phone number and address to the girl on the phone 3 times for her to even pull up the order. We could over hear her telling a manager or supervisor about the problem - then to our disbelief, we heard his suggestion toresolve the issue. "Offer them a credit" .
How in the hell does that resolve it? We ordered delivery food so we could eat it. If I wanted keep money in my pocket and not eat,we wouldn't have needed to call your establishment in the first place. After making it clear that wasn't acceptable, we waited an hour for the second trip to deliver the rest of our order. No apology, no discount, no free desserts, they kept the tip for services poorly rendered, and now we're eating cold food.
After the leadership displayed by someone who thought it would be OK for a delivery restaurant to just not deliver food, I doubt anyone in this organization will even read this review, but at least it makesme feel better to publicly say that I'll think twice before being their customer again.
