Long Island Bagel & Deli — Restaurant in Florida

Looked up the menu under this businesses name on “GOOGLE” Menu was located above their “GOOGLED” name. Got my order together and called it in. First call I made, I was hung up on. 2nd call in no apology, And my order had to be re-taken. I ordered steak and eggs they are priced at $13.99 on “their” menu online. I arrived and of course asked what was the price difference of my total. The owner said the steak and eggs are $15.99 that they “DO NOT” GO BY google prices under “THEIR”name and “THEIR” menu. Okayy.. First 🚩False advertisement! Added a bagel then paid at the counter for my total order. I also asked for grits with my steak breakfast, but was uninformed that they would be additional charge of $5.99. They are NOT included. I then wanted my bagel that I added to my order sliced. He then rudely told me there was a “CHARGE” of $2 to slice my “ONE” bagel. So I handed him my CC to pay for the slicing of my 1 bagel..And then he says we can’t accept CC for the slicing. Okay offered the bagel back for an un-sliced bagel bc I did not have any cash or “CHANGE” on me. He then responds no coins either? I was blown away at the greed I said no sir I only have my CC. He then throws me my sliced bagel back..and says just leave lady just leave. What I do wrong? I am disgusted with the service of the owner. I will never ever ever return!! WORST CS I have ever experienced inside of a restaurant and a simple deli at that. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF FOR HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS. And btw the food was HORRIBLE COLD UNSEASONED STEAK. Please BEWARE DO NOT EAT HERE! WORST CS SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. False pricing advertisement. Oh, And! BTW… You don’t get your full steak you ordered just a slither OF IT. Who’s the real snake here. The GREED...

I really tried giving this place a chance. They have been here for awhile but now I know why I haven't been here before. HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!!!.poor management. Corned beef has was sour. Eggs looked dirty. Bread was hard as a rock. Paid extra for cheese didn't have Any. Asked for Tomato instead of Home fries and didn't get them. The WHOLE ORDER WAS WRONG AND DISGUSTING. Home fries were Wet, burnt,hard and soggy all at the same time... Wow.... I understand you are busy on the weekends but put out quality for the prices you charge. Being busy is not an excuse to blame inconsistency on your cook. It is obvious that your kitchen is short staffed. Appreciate your Cooks by backing them up. Had to bring my food back twice. The first time i brought it back in the owner didn't even acknowledge me. I had to wait to speak to someone. Then when I came back because that breakfast was worse than the last one he gave me a Nasty attitude when I addressed the fact that the kitchen needed help if they are to use to put out consistent presentable and edible plates. He may have misunderstood my comment but there was no cause for his response and unprofessionalism. IT LOOKED DIRTY IN THERE. And the staff was not friendly to begin with. Will Never return. And would never recommend. I wish any small business well. But there are better ways that could have been handled. Stay away from this place,save your money. Overpriced anyway. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO...

Absolutely horrific embarrassing experience there today!!! I recently moved to Boca and have come to this deli a handful of times. Seeing large groups of men and families sitting for long periods enjoying there meals. So I invite a friend I havent seen in forever to meet me there for breakfast. We arrived about 9:15 ( we KNOW this because we 1st met and walked around Target a 9am) We sit, have to ask for menus, patiently wait to track down our waitress to finally order... but we weren't in a rush because we were catching up. After eating descent food ( cold eggs) I literally finished my last bite of my bagel and we asked for glasses of water ( 2x) to wash our food down. The minute the water finally arrives, the manager/owner comes over and says, " I dont mean to be rude, but you've been here over an hour and a half!!!" First of all, absolutely Not! Second, we Just finished and were ever so patiently waiting on our waters! So we promptly get organized, leave a tip, and go to pay. But I asked for a styrofoam cup after waiting 10 mins for it, I at least wanted to drink my water! And the owner said NO and how rude we were! Unbelievable. I mean I am flabbergasted! I have never been treated that way in ALL my Life. I am a professional, married mother of 4, and this is my New community. I can not beleive this service. I will be telling EVERYONE I know about it! That man could've handled that so differently. Talk about bad...
