This shop has the best customer service and the most delicious homemade ice cream!! I was on break from playing music next door and sat down in front of the shop. It was after hours though I saw the open sign on. The thought that it had been a long time since I had “real ice cream” came to mind and I walked in and asked if I could have some. Shawn set me up with a scoop of cotton candy and banana creme pie and it was literally the best ice cream I had in forever! They were actually closed and had all the ice cream covered, but he still offered samples and got a flavor out from another freezer. It was exactly what I was looking for at the time. I recently visited Scoop Me Up with my two sons, one of which who has a peanut allergy, and I couldn't be more impressed. The staff was incredibly accommodating, with a completely separate setup for ice cream that contains peanuts, ensuring zero cross-contamination. Their attention to detail and genuine care for allergy safety put my mind at ease.

Scoop Me Up Ice Cream brings their mobile store to our resort, Cypress Woods, in Ft Myers. The desserts they prepare are incredible. The ingredients they use are top shelf. The ice cream is so creamy and full of flavor. Just on the truck, there must be 20 or so various flavors of ice cream. Last night, I had three scoops(medium) so i wanted to try three different flavors. I had cookies and cream, peanut butter and they were both delicious but the third flavor was red velvet. I think I have a new favorite flavor, but there are so many more flavors to try. I have to go to their store where there are many more flavors and creations to experience.
