Seven Springs Souvlaki: A Taste of Greece, Done Right! I recently dined at Seven Springs Souvlaki, and I can't stop thinking about the incredible meal I had! From the moment I stepped through the door, the warm hospitality and enticing aromas transported me straight to Greece. The food was simply outstanding. Every dish tasted fresh, vibrant, and bursting with authentic flavors. The souvlaki was perfectly grilled, tender, and juicy, with just the right amount of char. The accompanying pita bread was soft and fluffy, the ideal vessel for scooping up every last bit of deliciousness. The tzatziki was creamy and garlicky, and the Greek salad was a refreshing mix of crisp vegetables and tangy feta. But what truly sets Seven Springs Souvlaki apart is the passion of the owners. You can tell they take immense pride in their culinary heritage and are dedicated to sharing it with their guests. They were happy to answer questions about the food and the preparation, and their enthusiasm was contagious. The service was excellent, attentive, but not overbearing. Given the generous portions and high quality of the ingredients, I was pleasantly surprised at the affordability of the meal. It truly felt like a great value for the money. If you're looking for an authentic taste of Greece in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, Seven Springs Souvlaki is a must-try. I can't wait to go back and explore more...

There is no better establishment in all of new port richey for phenomenal, authentic Greek than here at Seven Springs Souvlaki. Maria and and her husband are the kindest most generous people you will ever meet, who want nothing more than for you to love your meal, relax and enjoy your dinner. The gyro is sensationally seasoned with crispy edges, soft and moist, the saganaki is ooey gooey with the perfect amount of salty and zang of lemon juice, the gyros are beyond generous in size. Their lemon soup is just the perfect balance of classic creamy with lemon. Their tzatziki sauce is made fresh, in house and isn’t to tart. Maria’s cinammon walnut barley dessert is the perfect light and refreshing finish you need to top off the Greek meal you’ve had in years!!! Here’s a picture of my extremely generous gyro salad, they have the most delicious gyro meat!! It’s no mystery why this sweet couple has been feeding npr for the past twenty years, they know the...

I never thought I would see the day where a Greek restaurant would be a true comparison to Hellas in Tarpon Springs. This place is a side by side comparison, and dare I say, a tie for the best Greek food available. Everything is homemade, including their salad dressing, so plan on sitting a little bit to wait for home cooked deliciousness. We had the gyro dinner meal, the dolmades, and brought home a chicken souvlaki meal for our teenagers; make sure you don't eat for 24 hrs before hand because the portion sizes are enormous and hearty. The owners are welcoming, gracious, and cooked the food themselves. I don't know how we have ever not eaten here, but we will be changing that to coming here often. My teenagers are thoroughly enjoying their dinner; you can tell by the silence in the room as they stuff themselves. Please excuse me while I figure out how to roll...

Had excellent Greek food-truly delicious. Charming small Greek restaurant, family owned. My mouth is watering just writing this review. Their saganaki had us screaming OPA! Delicious lemon egg rice soup came in a huge bowl. The Greek side salad was miles above what other restaurants call a side salad-Loaded with ingredients, all bathed in a scrumptious, home made dressing. The dressing was light, refreshing; its taste sublime. I had pastitsio-a massive portion of greek deliciousness. My wife had the gyro platter- an enormous portion of well seasoned beef/lamb. With today's food costs, the prices for the quantity, quality, and most importantly, the FLAVOR of the food made this restaurant a true find. The waitress/owner and her husband the chef were charming and made us feel at home. Overall, a fantastic dining experience. OPA!!!

I was craving a gyro and drove to 2 other places before coming here. I was surprised to find it empty considering the good reviews this place has, and I was pleasantly greeted and seated by the staff right away. The service was impeccable, everyone was so friendly and welcoming and we got all our food right away. We got the chicken lemon soup and it was so delicious! We also got the lamb gyro which our waitress told us was “a good size” and she was not joking! The gyro meat was so delicious, the pita had great flavor and the tzatziki sauce tasted so fresh. Between the amazing staff, good prices and delicious food, this place is an easy 5 stars! I can’t wait to come back
