Shanghai Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Florida

I placed an order online of 4 large portions 3 of them were meals that came with complimentary egg rolls. I ordered 3 more rolls so my family could have an extra one. I drove all the way home with the order and found out that our extra 3 egg rolls were not included nor were the krab rangoons. I drove back to the restaurant and tried to explain to the lady that part of my order was not in the bag. She went in the back and got them for me and tried to charge me additionally for them. I asked her time and time again why she was charging me for something I should already have but she kept on making up an excuse about a price change regarding a completely different item. She initially didn’t charge me for the krab Rangoon or egg rolls before and I am still confused as to why she wouldn’t charge me for something I ordered but instead have me pay for something that I should’ve gotten. She never even gave me the receipt to start with. I will not be coming back to this establishment again!!! Tried to give this place another chance but the customer service is just beyond terrible. Ordered online and got a call from them to confirm within 2min, price was almost $15 more than the online receipt. When we questioned the reasoning and read off the items to confirm prices the woman just rambled off excuses and went on about how they charge differently than online and she’s telling us the real price and that’s it are you going to keep your order or not. Asked her to go ahead and cancel the order as we felt it was dishonest and would rather support another small business. She was still ranting and hung up on us. If it’s an issue with trying to recoup a 3rd party fee they’re being charged per order or something on their end from the site maybe it’s time to change the way you do business. You don't come here for atmosphere or service with a smile. They're just way closer than Panda Express and have a good location in Mulberry. On the overpriced side.
