My order taker didn't even let you finish speaking before asking "what size" like in a tone of being real annoyed that they have to work... so then...when I finally asked her to stop interrupting me, the manager, didn't get her name.... (tattoos all over her face) comes out from the inside like she's going to fight me out of nowhere. Wish you would ma'am. This poor kid (the one bringing out orders) who works there, looked so embarrased at his manager that he gets in between us to avoid what appeared to be her coming at me and he's apologizing for her, telling me sorry. Honestly, it was because he did that, that I even realized this lady was addressing me in his hostile manner. Telling me they are only 16, and I'm telling her, ok well that's fine so they need to learn not to speak that way when taking an order and that I'm not the one to step to like you're going to actually touch. So, she cancels my order. Attitudes like I've never seen. But hey, she's managing SONIC sooo I guess you get what you pay for. Unprofessional as all heck. I was there to get my grandson food and that was only because it was nearby. Big mistake. So all in all, I really got about two 16oz sodas and mozzarella sticks for nearly $18!!!! WTH!!!!!!!!! A route 44oz cup of ice from sonic is only 27cents. I contacted customer service to submit a complaint and they wanted my first and last name AND email. My first and last name is IRRELEVANT to honor my request for a refund. I gave them my email and pic of my receipt. That is all of the info that the needed. And bcuz I didn’t give them my last name, customer service told me I needed to go to the store in person- yet again, inconveniencing ME the customer. This is POOR customer service at its finest.
The photo of the cup of ice is after ONE HOUR of the ice already melted. And it’s STILL over halfway full of ice even after one hour.
My receipt does not reflect my request for light ice but my order was very clear at the time of ordering in the drive-up. It’s not my problem that my request for light ice was not reflected on my receipt. Again, poor customer service.

Read moreThird time in a row I’ve had issues at store 5298 (Riverview) and this was the worst. Ordered ahead on the app and stall showed delivered for 10 minutes before I went to check and ask about our order. (They’re falsifying delivery times to lie about their metrics being better than they actually are) Was then told that slushee machine was out and they offered a different drink. Manager on duty told me he couldn’t refund me because I ordered online. He told me to call OKSonic who then said they couldn’t refund me because I received a partial order and had to go back to store. The cherry on top was having to return a blast also because it was literally wrapped in hair from the person delivering the food. I guess I’m just out the money for for two slushees and a blast? I’m not wasting another minute of my time or dime of my money at this location.

The number you list is to a call center overseas where they will create a ticket and send it back to the store for resolution.
