Ordered TWO Rt 44 drinks with LIGHT ICE and large mozzarella sticks. Drinks were FILLED with ice about an inch from the top. So all in all, I really got about two 16oz sodas and mozzarella sticks for nearly $18!!!! WTH!!!!!!!!! A route 44oz cup of ice from sonic is only 27cents. So ur telling me I paid $4.52 for 20oz of drink?!!!!🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯 that should be a sin and Sonic needs to give me a refund. I contacted customer service to submit a complaint and they wanted my first and last name AND email. My first and last name is IRRELEVANT to honor my request for a refund. I gave them my email and pic of my receipt. That is all of the info that the needed. And bcuz I didn’t give them my last name, customer service told me I needed to go to the store in person- yet again, inconveniencing ME the customer. This is POOR customer service at its finest. The photo of the cup of ice is after ONE HOUR of the ice already melted. And it’s STILL over halfway full of ice even after one hour. My receipt does not reflect my request for light ice but my order was very clear at the time of ordering in the drive-up. It’s not my problem that my request for light ice was not reflected on my receipt. Again, poor customer service. You had ONE job.

We got lunch here. I got my child a hotdog happy meal. I gave him the hotdog in the container and we left we got to where we was going over 20 min away and he didn’t eat more than 3 bites I ask him why and he said it taste gross. I picked it up and it has mold on the bottom of the bun. I am not happy that my 5 year old took bites of this. I called the store immediately and they said come back and we can remake it for you I’m over 20 min away I’m not driving back for a $5 deal and to be inconvenienced on our day trip. The store says they can’t do a refund cuz it was an app order. I call the app and they said there is nothing they can do but escalate it since there was mold on the food. This is absolutely ridiculous, I am super frustrated with both responses. And even more mad that my small child ate this with mold on it, super gross. I have already sent multiple emails to the email provided and got absolutely no resolution. This happened on 6/26 and it’s 7/3 now.

It was such a nice day out that we were in the mood for chili cheese coneys and fries! This location is deep into east Riverview but it's still closer to us than the one on 60. There is no drive thru at this location so that was different but we didn't mind anyway and ordered away. The speakers on the order screen can definitely be lowered because it seemed like it was about to blow out. Nick took our order and he delivered it. He met with our dogs and gave them some love and gave our order precisely. We tipped him generously and he seemed very grateful and that made our trip even better. I would definitely return to this location because everything was perfect from the moment we drove up and the moment we took off.

It was such a nice day out that we were in the mood for chili cheese coneys and fries! This location is deep into east Riverview but it's still closer to us than the one on 60. There is no drive thru at this location so that was different but we didn't mind anyway and ordered away. Rachet. My order taker didn't even let you finish speaking before asking "what size" like in a tone of being real annoyed that they have to work... so then...when I finally asked her to stop interrupting me, the manager, didn't get her name.... (tattoos all over her face) comes out from the inside like she's going to fight me out of nowhere. Wish you would ma'am. This poor kid (the one bringing out orders) who works there, looked so embarrased at his manager that he gets in between us to avoid what appeared to be her coming at me and he's apologizing for her, telling me sorry. Honestly, it was because he did that, that I even realized this lady was addressing me in his hostile manner. Telling me they are only 16, and I'm telling her, ok well that's fine so they need to learn not to speak that way when taking an order and that I'm not the one to step to like you're going to actually touch. So, she cancels my order. Attitudes like I've never seen. But hey, she's managing SONIC sooo I guess you get what you pay for. Unprofessional as all heck. I was there to get my grandson food and that was only because it was nearby. Big mistake. Crazy to think that she's mentioning these kids are 16 in an attempt to excuse poor order handling, then shows these 16 year olds such amazing customer service by coming out to my car to start trouble and act like she's tough stuff. Third time in a row I’ve had issues at store 5298 (Riverview) and this was the worst. Ordered ahead on the app and stall showed delivered for 10 minutes before I went to check and ask about our order. (They’re falsifying delivery times to lie about their metrics being better than they actually are) Was then told that slushee machine was out and they offered a different drink. Manager on duty told me he couldn’t refund me because I ordered online. He told me to call OKSonic who then said they couldn’t refund me because I received a partial order and had to go back to store. The cherry on top was having to return a blast also because it was literally wrapped in hair from the person delivering the food. I guess I’m just out the money for for two slushees and a blast? I’m not wasting another minute of my time or dime of my money at this location.

Edited for response from "owner": You obviously don't read the review. I said I've already called the customer service center. The number you list is to a call center overseas where they will create a ticket and send it back to the store for resolution. (The same store that just told me they wouldn't give me a refund and is lying about delivery times...
