I loved that the place was super clean. The employees were extremely nice and very attentive. I ordered the Eggrolls for an appetizer. Although I'm not quite sure what the black colored short stringy things were inside them, they were delicious. I ordered the smaller "House Special Pho". And as expected it was huge! And was very good. They have a few desserts that are so-so. They didnt have the one I was hoping for, the one that most Pho restaurants carry; Sweet Sticky Rice with coconut milk. That was disappointing because I was really looking forward to having some. The reason I'm only giving 4 stars is because the Thai Basil brought out was wilted and some pieces were turning black and slimy. When i showed my server, she took JUST THOSE PIECES in her hand to the back. She came back out with a full plate of Basil and said the cook told her it was all fresh, just came in that morning. Which obviously wasnt true. And then when I looked closer there are the black pieces she caarried back there in her hand!! Back on the plate!! Another reason for just 4 stars is the meatballs. Oh boy the meatballs!! I'm not quite sure what they are made from but were soooo disgusting!! They weren't the round meatballs but they were very large thick slices instead. Thats fine BUT.... there were these hunks of something all thru them. U could pop them out with your fingers. They didnt look like either fat or gristle. I have no idea what those things were. The meatballs were very tough also. So much that I couldnt even cut them with my fork. U actually had to pull them out and bite them because they were too big to just shove in my mouth. Over all I would return because the experience wasnt actually ruined by the Basil/Meatball debacle. The flavors were great and the service was exceptional. I would just avoid the Basil and meatballs next time.

TLDR: Overall their food is definitely top notch and great service. Make sure to get their fried chicken wings with fish sauce and stir fried mussels! And their seafood boil is SO good! Went to Pho Loc Tho for dinner with family. We have been consistently ordering take out from them since the pandemic started but never dined in at the actual restaurant. We love their Cajun boils and that's why we really want to dine in at the restaurant. However we decided to go with the traditional Vietnamese cuisine this time around and started off with: - Fried Egg rolls - Fried Chicken Wings with fish sauce - Fried Chicken Wings with Buffalo sauce - One pound of stir fried mussels - Pork Chop platter with rice - Hu Tieu -- rice noodles soup with pork and shrimp For appetizers, the eggrolls were fresh and crispy just as we expected. However, we LOVED the fried chicken wings with fish sauce! The wings were perfectly coated and has a sweet and salty taste to them. The fried chicken wings with Buffalo sauce is good as well but pales in comparison to the ones with fish sauce. So definitely make sure you try those! For the main course we ordered one pound of stir fried mussels -- these were AMAZING! So much so that we regretted not ordering two pounds because they were gone within a minute. We also go the pork chop rice platter as well as the Hu Tieu Nam Vang. Both are really good: the pork chop has a nice char to the taste and the rice noodle soup was light and refreshing. Overall their food is definitely top notch and great service. We look forward to visit there again!

We were planning to go to Sonic's when we spotted this Vietnamese restaurant and decided to give them a try. We came in at 7:40pm and they let us dine in even though they closed at 8pm, that was a great gesture since it was our bad. They seated us and the owner was talking to us and explaining why they had to social distance us and we were completely okay with that as they were just following protocol and can't ask for more. We looked at their menu on their website since they were a little busy and we wanted to make it painless for them since we were going to eat fast. We got the P1 House Special Pho and P3 Meatball Pho in regular sizes. The waitress was very nice and was very attentive. The pho was a little more expensive that we are used to as their regular pho was $10 and large was $12 but we gave it a shot. We received our food within 10 minutes and the meatball portion was HUGE! The noodles and broth were good and I didn't think it would make me full but it did! I was very pleased with this place. The bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was open so you could see them preparing your food which was a plus. I definitely plan to return to this place!

IF YOU READ THE REVIEWS MULTIPLE PEOPLE HAVE HAD THIS HAPPEN. Food is always top notch but service and workers are a different story. Me and my boyfriend are reoccurring customers, we love this place and come ALL THE TIME. We either dine in and leave quickly because it doesn’t take long to eat what we order, or we just do takeout. Recently we’ve just been doing takeout because eating at home is more convenient. The problem is tipping. This establishment don’t like the fact we don’t tip when we do take out, but who does? You’re not doing anything but packing out food and leaving it on the counter why should I have to tip you?? We always tip when we dine in. So tonight we tried to get a table for two but she declined and said they were only doing takeout which we had ZERO problem with and decided to quickly order and we sat back in the car until it was ready. My boyfriend went inside and came back with the food and he tells me the lady with the huge lips pulls him to the side and said “I didn't wanna embarrass you in front of her but we couldn't get you a table because you haven’t been tipping us” WHICH IS INSANE BECAUSE WE ALWAYS DO except when we do takeout! Because all we are here for is food. Her excuse was so lame. “Well we have a shortage on waitresses so..” Like wtf? Lol makes nooo sense who cares they're getting paid on the clock. That is seriously ridiculous. And nobody is embarrassed by the fact my boyfriend doesn't tip (when we do takeout) so lets get that straight. You don't go to fast food and tip? They're doing their job, just give me my food I paid for so I can leave. If anything let me tip the cooks because they’re the ones doing the real work lol. Its a different story when you sit down and eat because a person up front is checking on you and asking if you’re good or need a refill. Tipping is based on service, if I eat at a restaurant and my waiter/waitress was terrible Im not leaving them a single penny. But this was absolutely insane to deny us a table all because we didn’t tip the last two times we ate there which was takeout orders. Also whoever is replying to these reviews are hella sassy and unprofessional you shouldn’t be running a business if this is how you’re...

The food is really good here, but there is 1 waitress who always ignores tables and doesn't refill drinks, it's the one with tattoos, and me and my co workers have been going here for months pretty much consistently every friday, and today on 5/24/24 we walked in for lunch and the woman with tattoos told us because we do not always tip, that " there has been too many zeros, so we will no longer be seating you." It's sad that the cost of the food and drinks isn't enough for this particular place, but unfortunately none of us will be returning due to this, so much for customer loyalty. And the best part of this WHOLE EVENT is that when we arrived, THERE WAS NOT 1 SINGLE CUSTOMER IN THE RESTURANT, I just can't help but laugh at this situation.

SIDE NOTE: just posted this review today along with my other 2 coworker's reviews on this experience, and all the owner has to say for this to all 3 reviews is to copy and paste " we're so sorry for your experience" if you see this review I would second guess going to this establishment they clearly don't care about bad experience at this establishment, and it's even more crazy that they employ people who happily try to tell paying customers what other places they can go to spend their money, I just don't get why you would actively employ people who don't care for the best interests of your business, the waitress has a history in the review section of a bad attitude towards customers, but it looks like she's been there for quite a while, which suck because the cooks are great at what they do, the food is always good and the other waitress without tattoos is actually very nice. This was just a very disappointing...
