Southie Coffee — Restaurant in Florida

If you're looking for a coffee shop that truly has it all, look no further than Southie in Seminole. This place is an absolute gem - with some of the best drinks you'll ever taste, a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff who are always ready to make your day better.

One of their stand out features is their house made lavender simple syrup. It's always so fragrant and so flavorful. I've had others, but theirs is hands down the best! Do yourself a favor and try an iced lavender latte or lavender matcha monade (lemonade) you will not regret it!

Southie is also dog friendly, making it a great spot to bring your furry friends along for a coffee break. The staff is always happy to chat with you at checkout making you feel right at home.

I can't forget to mention their empanadas and pastries!! I try a new tasty treat every time I'm in and have yet to be disappointed! Seriously, I cannot say a single bad thing about this place.

Overall, I highly recommend Southie for anyone looking for a top-notch neighborhood coffee...

In my honest opinion I had high hopes since the reviews were so high. I want to start with the good, the actual food here was made with fresh quality ingredients... Now besides that the actual flavoring of the food we got was bland, we really only tasted the cheese in both of our different burritos. Next the interior, the ambience was a little eerie and quiet because we were the only ones there and the music was at minimal volume. Along with that the pricing is up there for how little you get, I understand that they're local but I can name off a lot of local joints that are much cheaper and a lot better flavor. I didn't try the coffee when I went but I bet that it's pretty good. The staff was okey, I wish they were a little more involved to help when we were figuring out what to eat.. instead of standing there gossiping about people. Southie is amazing! I’ve been coming to both their Clearwater & Seminole locations for years.

As an avid coffee enthusiast I appreciate the care and quality they take in roasting their delicious bean selections and their creative and assorted seasonal drink choices.

My favorite food items are their famous Breakfast Sammies and their savory avocado toast. My kids love the chocolate muffins.

Not only are their food and drinks amazing, the atmosphere is great for anything from first dates, book clubs, to a quick bite spot.

Last but not least is the owners and staff are super friendly, are always willing to learn what they can do better and are great community partner. I used to work at a non profit and they would always donate to our events with little to no notice, when the hurricanes hit they organized a massage food and donation drive at both stores to help those in dire need on the beaches and the list goes on.
